Plain Cement concrete (1:5:10) using 40 mm metal with Concrete mixture. using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, 50% sand+50% Rock Sand , coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labor charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402) All work upto plinth level.

VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and Excluding Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but inxcluding centering, shuttering.

Refilling the Excavated Soils l in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Brick masonry in superstructure with CM (1:6) pro mix using Fly Ash Cement Bricks of size 29x20x14 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 75 Kg/Sqcm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site including seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials all opertional, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 501&504)

Plastering 12mm thick double coat in CM (1:5) 8 mm thick base coat and CM (1:3) of 4mm thick top coat with dubara sponge finish including c/c of all materials like cement, sand,water etc., to site, other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, etc., complete for for finished item of work. (APSS 1001,1003 & 1004) (CSSR) Internal Walls

Painting to New External Walls with two coats of Plastic Emulsion paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Endocem or equalent quality of approved brand and shade as approved by the Engineer - in - Charge over base coat of cement primer water base grade -II exterior making three coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of brushes, water to site, etc., sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for external Walls.(APSS No. 911) NOTE :: Standard data revised vide Chief Engineer, R&B (Buildings) Procs.No.CEB/TA8/AEE3/SSR: 2010-11 Dt: 21.01.2011. for external walls

Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985) of 8mm to 40mm diameters for RCC works,including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including and sales & other taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work (APSS No.126) in All Floors.
