Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810

Supplying, fitting and placing MS Railing in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm.

Cleaning, Oiling and greasing of Rocker bearings under spans. The work includes lifting of span from both ends, cleaning the bearing thoroughly from grease. Dust & other foreign materials and scoured with diesel, sand paper and cotton waste and preparing bearing surface for greasing including mirror repairs with required materials application of graphite grease etc. & all T&P and necessary completion of work .

Providing and applying epoxy mortar over honey combed, spelled concrete surface and reinforcement inside and outside surface of RCC structure by epoxy grouting and injection process including cost of nipple, making V groove and plaster with epoxy mortar over the cracks as per MORT&H specification for road & bridge work section 2800. The work includes cost of removal of defective material, cleaning the surface thoroughly and applying of materials as per specification, labour, T&P scaffolding, arrangements required for proper completion of work as per specification & direction of engineer in charge.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification

E/W in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil.

C.C. in foundation in 1:4:8 with 4 cm. Gauge OBB. Fine sand & cement as per S.I.No. 275

C.C. work in 1:2:4 cement, finesand & 2 cm. Gauge stone grit as per S.I.No.279 (A)

First class brick work with 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar as per S.I. No. 305

20 mm cement plaster 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar. S.I.No. NS13.03
