Regular tower to tower ground monthly patrolling of 400 KV double circuit Twin and Quad transmission line. The job Includes detection of defectes like missing /theft tower nos. , hot point , puncture insulator , disc , dislocation of vibration damper / damaged conductor / earthwire , checking of foundation and position of tree in the corridoor of 52 mtrs. of the line , patroling shall be done on monthly basis i.e. 12 times in year, the line details given below. (i) LILO of 400 KV GKP- LKO CKT-III @ 400 KV Basti. 24.317 Km. (ii) LILO of 400 KV GKP- LKO CKT-IV @ 400 KV Basti. 29.90 Km. (iii) 400 KV NTPC Tanda - 400 KV Basti-43.864 Km.
submission of patrolling report on precribed computarised proforma in 3 sets after each patroling.
looping, chooping and cutting tree branches above 0.5 mtrs. Grith in 52 mtrs corridor line and stocking of above cutting tree at proper place from the site .
Clearing of the nest from the tower insulator formed by birds etc.
Emergency Patroling of above line during tripping to detect the exact fault location and type of fault as per direction of Engineer Incharge
