Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

RR masonry with best quality locally available stone,(Baklohi stone) uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in CM 1:6 incl providing weep holes complete all as specified.

All as per item No 2 above but except stones

M&L PCC(1:4:8) Type D-2 (40 mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping necessary form work complete all as specified

Hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone boulders at back of wall over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the requiered level

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of beds & joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm on granite or trap stone complete all as specified

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4

PVC pipe 75mm dia low density of pressure rating 10Kg/Sqcm (in short lengths) fixed in walls as weep holes as in retaining wall complete all as specified

M & L rendering 20mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) of any discription and in any position not otherwise specificcally provided for

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel drains all as specified and directed.

M&L extra over forming fair finished drains or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level (unreinforced).

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate)75 mm thick surface finished even and fair all specified to receive top layer.

M&L screed bed 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 for bedding layer to floor tiles

M & L coloured chequered cement concrete tile (Vibrator made ) 200mm x 200mm x25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in base of flooring/ hard standing finished evern & smooth w/o using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green

M&L forming 12 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' thickness 100 mm

M&L forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh, any type

Disamntling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C)any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded concrete including cleaning and cutting of grass,shurbs,bushes etc

Supply only Chain link fencing 3.8mm dia galvanized wire (100x100) mm mesh made upto matress lapped wire and laid on position / fixed on poles complete.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.

S&F MS screw bolts (Machine made) 11 to 15mm dia exceeding 5cm & n exc 10 cm long hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed other end to be fixed with one washer and one hexagonal nut, the other end to be embedded in RCC fencing post while casting, completed all as specified and directed.

S & F M.S. Flat iron as in hold fast and similar small articles, cut to length, bent to shape, drilled hole and fixed with screw etc. conforming to Fe 410-0 or F 310-0 complete

M & L mild steel round bars 10 dia and over cut into length bend to shape required incld cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips

S&F Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250)quality -A joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e., within 20mm of the length indicated)
