Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil with all leads and lift including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of proportion (1:4:8) with 40mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) metal of approved quality and from approved quarry in foundation bed and floors including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size crusher broken hard granite metal including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead, T & P etc all complete. As per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing of Rubber Moulded Grey Premium Concrete Pavers 80 mm thick using M-40concrete The concrete shall be moulded by Table Mount Vibrated with polypropylene fibers at 5% & curing compound. The rate shall includ cost of all materials, transportation, Loading, Unloading charges & all taxes including filling of all joints with labour charges etc complete. As per the direction of E-I-C.

R.C.C work in ground floor of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade crusher broken hard Granite chips including hoisting & laying with cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead ,T & P etc all complete .

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Centering & shuttering of R.C.C. Foundation, Plinth Band, Footings, Bases of Columns, Mass Concrete & Precast Slabs etc. in Ground Floor as per direction of Enginer in charge.

Earth work in slushy soil (in water upto 0.6m depth requiring the aid of pans and vessels) within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift as per the direction and specification of the Deparment.

Removal of excavated earth & Dismantaling materials away from work site by mechanical means up to 5km lead and lift etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
