Dismantling of Existing OTIS Elevator G+2, New Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning & Maintenance (DMSITCM) of 6 persons, 408 kg, Speed1.00 M/S G+3, MRL Passenger Elevator with ARD at A block of Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai. Free maintenance for 24 months from completion date as per agreement. The detailed specifications, Features, architecture design, approval and Scope of work attached in tender documents. The GST 18% included in the prevailing market rates for all items

Total Civil works like demolishing the existing floor, build new shaft wall, making door opening, making slope as standards of CPWD, white wash, removing of old plastering new plastering of entire structure with water proofing, water proofing the pit and build and buffer. Scaffolding, Pit adjustments works suitable to new passenger elevator car sizes, pedestal removing at top and bottom. Plastering of inside wall, cutting of RCC ceiling, Existing Platform at third floor, complete as per site condition. Wall outside design with granite/ approved by site engineer, Extension of third floor to access the terrace for visitors.

Electrical works supply, fixing of Double door Distribution board 8/12 way, at top floor for power & Lighting arrangements. In all floors wiring for Emergency lights , with 3 pin combined Modular Switch & socket power supply etc. Giving connection from existing panel with cable glands as per ISI standards 4core UG XLPE 16 Sq.mm copper cable from panel room with required 4Pole MCB, and suitable single pole MCBs approximate length100 metres as per site condition complete from existing panel room

Licensing Charges which includes to obtain/ approvals to operate the lift, license fees for pre and post installation from the concern authorities like Central or State (CEA/ Regional Inspectorate Office (West) Mumbai/ state authorities) PWD license , Trail period and Inspection at site of the officials, booking slot/appointment etc complete. The license to be obtain in favor of Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai.

Removing/dismantled of G+2 OTIS elevator complete with other materials and clearance/Transportation from site, Civil & Electrical materials complete.

Cat (B) - Buy Back Items

Buy-Back (ie minus)Buyback rate of removed/Dismantled G+2 OTIS elevator with all iron channel, steel ropes, Motor with gear arrangements, panel with all accessories, and car cabin complete set.
