Dismantling of Compressor set Model No. SM18554RC for central type air-conditioner 12.5 TR of Make: Denfoss Scroll type compressor and refitting new compressor, leak testing, carrying out pressure test by charging Nitrogen gas and removing the nitrogen gas and charging of refrigerant gas including charging of additional gas as required and providing washers, gaskets and testing for smooth functioning all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Refrigerant gas required for the job will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items as supply only. (ii) Compressor will be measured and paid seprately as supply only.

Supply only Compressor 12.5 TR Scroll type Model No. SM18554RC complete all as specified and directed. Make: Denfoss or equivalent.

Taking out / purging of refrigerant gas from the system of A/C plant 3 x 15 TR capacity for carrying out vacuum test by vacuuming the whole A/C plant with the help of vacuum pump and checking the complete system for leakages, Carrying out the pressure test by charging the nitrogen gas in the system and checking of any leakage point, repair / rectification of the same and removing the nitrogen gas from the system and charging of refrigerant gas including charging of additional gas as required complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The arrangement of T&P and Nitrogen gas shall be contractors responsibility) (ii) Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Cleaning of the Evaporation coils (AHU Coils) of the 70 TR capacity with cleaning solvent by forced feed method to remove unwanted dust formed on the cooling coils fins, cleaning of the filters, greasing to the AHU blower bearings etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.
