200 mm cast iron, P.N.-1.0, double flanged Rising Spindle Sluice Valve generally confirming to IS 14846 having body door /dome/Bonnet and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, outside screen rising Spindle of IS 6603 Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are Gunmetal as per 1S:318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15 kg/sqcm. Installation of above supplied centrifugal Pump-motor set, reducer, enlarger, valves(Item No-1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04) after withdrawing of existing damaged same from the base, removing the base frame, dismantling of foundations, making new foundation at the same place by using RCC, to avoid any vibrational damaged, inserted suitable sized of eye bolts, including supply of all erection items as required for instalation of pumping machinery, necessary inter-connection of motors with earth bus bar, power cable from LT MCC to motor etc as required for completion of work as per relevant IE Rules and Hydraulic Standards with the entire satisfaction of EIC.including hire charges of welding set, fuel, lubricant etc for completion of work, as per fully satisfaction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the Pump-Motor installations as per direction of EIC, painted all suction and delivery line for the same.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of GI perforated cable tray at Pump house for laying of incoming & outgoing power cables to Highlift and Submersible Pumping Machineries and from MCC Panel having proper M.S. structural support as per specification and direction of EIC.(For One two numbers of panel and LT MCC panel)
