Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of indoor type step down transformer for substation no. 1 of capacity 630 KVA, 11/.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound, AC , 3 phase 50 Hz capacity, copper wound type complete with first filling of dehydrated transformer oil, standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tapings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS 1180:2014 (level 3) of capacity 630 KVA core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature, air nature (ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and 7 position ON-LOAD tap changer (OLTC) having taping range of +/- 7.5% complete with all accessories, connection and fixed externally with suitable rating of motor, gear box and enclosure. the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be IS 1180:2014 (level 3) marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side ) consisting of 03 No of porcelain bushing with copper rod , complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception /taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armored cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (Silica gel) (e) Explosive vent (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One number 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having max perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI earth strip for earhting of neutral and body. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (K) Oil level gauge (l) Oil drain filter valve (m) lifting hooks (n) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete. (o) MS wheels 04 Nos with lock pins. Note: (i) Marshalling box shall be made of sheet steel, weather proof IP 55 and located directly on the outside face of the enclosure of transformer at suitable height. The box shall contain all auxiliary devices, alarm and trip signal including control switches and wiring. (ii) Transformer HV terminals shall be suitable for cable connection drawn in underground trench / duct and LV terminals shall be suitable for compact bus trunking connection from Top. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT switching station 11 KV, 25 KA and corresponding MVA rating, 3 Phase, 50 Hz totally enclosed metal clad outdoor type comprising 03 Nos VCB's (1x800 Amp incomer+02 Nos 630 Amp outgoing) at GCA sub stn comprising the followings:- a) Sheet steel enclousers, weather, dust and vermin proof, IP-55, made out of CRCA sjeet 3.15mm duly powder coated having front and rear openable with suitable locking arrangement, of size suitable to accommodate three VCBs and one batery bank-01 No. b) Each VCB shall comprise: (i) Housing for circuit breaker carriage and control panel. (ii) Trolley mounted horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out vaccum circuit breaker asembly of 3 vaccum interupters mounted on epoxy supports and self aligned finger type isolating contacts, compete with isolating plug, Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear inlcuding pad locking arrangment, hand and motor (24 VDC) charged independent spring closing mechanism, mechanical breaker closed/open, spring charged/discharged incidation, mechanical operation counter, trip coil 24V and auxilary switch. (iii) Bus bar chamber including a set of copper bar duly insulated with systerm voltage sleeve. (iv) Cast resin current transformer 11KV dual ration, dual core having VA burden 15VA and accuracy class 0.5 of ration 200/1001A for incomer and 100/50/1 for outgoing panels. (v) Rear cable termination provision for XLPE cable 95Sqmm 3 core.
(vi) Numerical protection relay compatible with IEC 61850 for non directional over current, earth fault, under and over voltage protection, etc. (vii) Digital multifunctional meter to measure various electrical parameters i.e. votage, current, PF frequency etc. (viii) LED indicators ofr breaker, ON/OFF, spring charged/discharged trip circuit healthy, etc. (ix) TNC switch (x) All standard accessories required duly prewired as pe standard practice and manufacturer design. Strip heaters of appropriate rating and lamp, inbuit integral earthing etc. For incomer VCB only (xi) Potential transformer 11KV/110 volts, 100VA, Class I protected with HRC fuses on primary and MCB on secondary for metering. (xii) master trip relay and anti pumping relay -01No c) Battery bank 24 volts of suitable AH rating but not less tan 60 AH comprising maint free batteries of 2 volts each connected in series compelte with battery charger buck and boost type-01 set. d) PCC foundation of appropriate size in PCC 1:2:4 complete with shed made of anlge iron truss and GI sheet of size 3.00 x 3.00x 3.00mtr (LxWxH) all as rquried. Note: Drawings for PCC foundation and shed shall be got approved form GE before commencment of work.
All as per item srl item No 4.30 to 4.32 here in before but supply and install VCB 11 KV 630 Amp 350MVA indoor type integrating with existing HT panel in CCR substation by extending HT bus bar comprising of one Nos VCB's including CT's as per specification given in Item srl No 4.30 to 4.32 above for outgoing panels at CCR Sub station. Panel will be without weather proof enclsourer (para a), Battery Bank (para c) and shed (para d) of Item srl No 4.30 to 4.32 above.
Supply, Installation, testing, Commissioning of 11kV Air Insulated Indoor type Switchgear Panels with maximum system voltage rating of 12kV consisting of 02 incomer of 800 Amp VCB +01 bus coupler of 800 Amp VCB (riser if applicable) + 04 outgoing feeders with 630 Amp VCB (02 outgoing for MAFI PS - I transformers 630 KVA + 02 outgoing for standby power supply to MAFI PS – II) at MAFI PS - I [Total 07 Nos], Busbar Rating of 1250A, Short Circuit Capacity of 26.3kA. Bus-bars shall have full Voltage Sleeving on it and shall be self-supported type i.e. without any support insulators. The Incomer Panels shall contain Line/bus PT arrangement. The Panel, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Vacuum Bottle, Numerical relays shall be of same make as the Panel Manufacturer. Bus bar should be electrolyte copper. The panel shall be tested for IAC AFLR for 26.3kA/1s. The IED (Numerical relay) shall be Complied to 61850 protocol without any external protocol converter. GOOSE signals shall be freely configurable. WEB HMI feature should be present. Inter-operability test shall preferably shall be done. Proof w.r.t Interoperability shall be submitted by the Manufacturer. The relay shall have integral/provided arc-protection based on simultaneous detection of current and light to ensure reduced cubicle damage and increase personal safety. (<15 ms) The relay must support IEC 61850 Edition 1 and Edition 2(with test reports) and shall support HSR/PRP redundancy protocols. It shall comply with international standard of NERC CIP. Operation: Motorised 24 V DC. The Circuit Breaker shall be of floor rolling design with Vacuum bottles, and shall have all fool-proof interlocks as: Interlocks shall be provided to prevent a ‘Closed’ breaker to rack out from ‘Service’ to ‘Test’ /'Isolated’, position or insert a ‘closed’ breaker from ‘Test’ to ‘Service’ position. In either case the breaker contacts must remain in open position. Before racking out the breaker must be fully discharged from any static charge. Switchgear should be SCADA Compatible.
All Panels shall have integral earth Switch with making capacity . RMUs, VCB Panels, Outdoor PCVCBs shall be from same manufacturer to ensure ease of maintenance after expiry of warranty period. Panels shall be tested for Seismic Zone –IV as NAL Station fall under same earthquake zone. Type test reports shall be submitted for the same. The Switchboard shall be configured as follows: 2 incomer of 800 Amp VCB with PT & CT + 1 bus coupler of 800 Amp VCB with CT(riser if applicable) + 04 outgoing / incoming feeder 630 Amps with CT. Incomer & Bus Coupler CTs : 200-100/1-1, 15VA, Cl-5P10, Cl-1.0, Outgoing Panel CTs : 100-50/1-1,15VA,Cl-5P10,Cl-1.0, Incomer VTs : 11000/V3/110/V3/110/3,50VA,Cl-1.0,3P, Incomer IEDs : Feeder Protection and Control Relay, Protections 50, 51,50N, 51N, 46, 49, 67, 67N, 27, 59, 59N, 95, Measurement for 3I, I0, 3U, U0, Kw, KVA, PF, Hz, Kwh, 16 DI + DO as required for operation of panels, One front RJ45 Port, Two Rear FO(LC) Port for IEC-61850 Protocol, Drawout Type with CT Shorting feature. Outgoing IEDs : Feeder Protection and Control Relay, Protections 50,51,50N,51N,46,49,95, Measurement for 3I, I0, DI/DO as required and One front RJ45 Port, Two Rear FO(LC) Port for IEC-61850 Protocol, Drawout/modular as per manufacturer design Type with CT shorting feature. Interlocking for all in comer (02 Nos) with bus coupler having additional key interlock and hardwire interlock by extending to control wire, closing coil, tripping coil, under voltage relay, NO + NC control and auxiliary for 04 NO + 04 NC element including control wiring up to external connector of VCB for extending control through PLC (soft interlock and auto operation). Other necessary items like AC/DC MCBs , Power pack with each panel, TNC Switches, Indication Lamps (R, Y, B, ON, OFF, Spring Charge, Test, Service) shall be considered in the scope of Panel and VCB panel, accessories, hardwire interlock and control wiring shall be factory fitted only.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900mm× 600mm×5.0 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground , earth pit not less than 3.00 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level. The earth plate to be connected with copper earthing strip of size 32mm ×6mm thick by means of brazing between copper strip and earth plate min 45 cm in vertical length and copper strip also to be joined by brazing only. The copper earth strip to be protected by GI pipe 50 mm bore medium grade up to ground level and thereafter with 40 mm HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall be included with providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 mm thick tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 mm magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness) , 3rd layer with vegetable soil free from boulders/sand up to the ground level. Earthing shall also be included for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (with 20 mm graded aggregate),50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia.
