Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of concrete work).

Designing, providing, fabricating and fixing profiled sheeting 730-1020 mm cover width, 28-30 mm crests @ 186-333 mm centre to centre, manufactured out of 0.45 mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) Hi-Tensile Steel (Minimum yield strength of 550 MPa) coated with hot dip metalic galvalume/ zincalume coating AZ-150 or equivalent as per AS:1397 and super polyster XRW quality paint coat as per AS/ NZS2728 (Category-3) of approved colour for roofing, cladding, gutters, rainwater pipes, spouts etc. The total mass of the coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm (Zinc 45%/ Aluminium 55%). The total paint coat thickness shall be 35 microns, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat of super polyster XRW on top surface and 5 micron super polyester on back surface over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end laps. The sheets shall have wide pans with 2-3 stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on side laps for purlins support and anti-capilary flute in side lap. The sheets shall be fixed using polymer coated hot dip galvanised hex head self drilling fasteners as per AS:3566 (Class-3) on each crest of sheets for connection with purlins and polymer coated hot dipped stitching fasteners at 300 mm c/c on all sides and end laps, etc. Approved sealing tapes shall be used on side laps and end laps of sheets and closer to be provided at the last end of sheet. The measurement shall be based on per unit of finished/ laid area. Item to include curved sheets also wherever required. The Contractor shall give minimum 10 year guarantee for the sheets against deterioration, disintegration, loss of lustre, variation in colour, etc. and leakages across laps, fasteners etc. The Contractor is to submit design and shop drawing for approval on the sheet profile, design and details before installation :

Roof, side cladding, gable end cladding, gutters, rainwater pipes/ spouts etc. [Note: The area of sheet coverings shall be measured on the flat surface i.e. without allowance for laps and ribs].

Dismantling of 1000 KVA DG set at WRPL Vadinar as detailed below: a) Dismantling of acoustic enclosure or sound proof canopy. b) Dismantling of accessories on enclosure such as fans, lights, JBs, box etc. c) Dismantling of DG Set (Engine & Alternator) base frame from foundation. d) Dismantling of Vibration pads. e) Dismantling of Exhaust piping & silencer etc. f) Dismantling of fuel piping between DG set and fuel tank. g) Disconnecting batteries, power cables, control cables and others from engine. h) Dismantling of Diesel tank from foundation and disconnecting the fuel pipes. i) Dismantling of chimney structure. j) Disconnecting cable of alternator. k) Dismantling of AMF panel from foundation. l) Disconnecting all input/output cable from AMF panel m) Others dismantling as per site requirment

Shifting of 1000 KVA DG set from Vadinar to Abu road as detailed below: a) Providing transportation vehicle or vehicles as required for shifting of all dismantled items related to 1000KVA DG set from Vadinar station to Abu road station. b) Loading of dismantled acoustic enclosure or sound proof canopy, its frame and all other dismantled accessories associated with enclosure on transportation vehicle. c) Loading of dismantled DG set (Engine & alternator) with base frame and all the other dismantled accessories associated with engine and alternator on transportation vehicle. d) Loading of dismantled fuel piping and diesel tank on transportation vehicle. e) Loading of dismantled exhaust piping and chimney structure on transportation vehicle. f) Loading of dismantled AMF panel on transportation vehicle. g) Shifting of all the above items safely from Vadinar to Abu road. h) Safe Unloading of all the materials shifted from Vadinar to Abu road. i) Transiting insurance for the asset included j) Others shifting works as per site requirment

Installation of 1000KVA DG set at WRPL Abu road as detailed below: a) Installation of 1000 KVA DG set above Vibration pads on DG foundation. Scope also includes supply of new vibration pads (16 nos.), installation of pads on foundation and other works for installation. b) Installation of Fuel piping, exhaust piping, silencer, other accessories associated with DG Set etc. Scope also includes supply of studs, bolts etc and all necessary cutting, welding, fitting works. c) Installation of chimney structure. d) Installation of AMF Panel. Scope includes termination of control and power cables and other related works for installation. e) Installation of Sound Proof Canopy of Acoustic enclosure. Scope also includes installation of dismantled accessories associated with enclosure. f) Installation of Diesel Tank & associated fuel piping. g) Other instalaltion works as per site requirment

Servicing of DG set after Installation as detailed below: a. Supply and replace all filters for fuel, Lube Oil & air, b. Replacing lube oil (supply of lube oil in IOCL scope), c. Supply and replace coolant, d. Calibration of Fuel pump, Tapered settings, e. Inspection of cylinder heads, piston, f. Alignment of engine and alternator, g. Monitoring and mitigating vibration if high, cleaning of radiator and other works required for successful commissioning of the DG.

Commissioning of DG set a) Trial run of DG Set to be taken for 4 Hrs on Load condition. b) Monitoring and record all the critical parameters like Lube Oil Pressure, Lube Oil Temperature, Jacket Water Temperature, and Vibration etc. if any abnormalities observed during trial run; corrective action to be taken
