Repair to 300 ampere LT control panel installed at pumping station Salmay stage-0 (Old) alongwith allied works. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panels and shifting the same to workshop. Replacement of CB4SA guardian unit with new one of same rating and specifications, replacement of damaged MNX300 ampere-1no. with corresponding new components of same rating and specification. Job also includes replacement of damaged aluminum strips / bus bar. Assembling the unit, shifting back to site, fitment, making electrical connections and testing of the equipment, without load and thereafter on full load. Job also includes providing and fitting of new 6” dia CS check valve in place of damaged CI check valve of unit no. 7 stage-0 (Old) . Making all the electrical connections and testing the system on load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
