Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 201. Construction of Embankment with approved materials obtain from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads trasporting to site, speading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 (a) (i) (Including cost of testing materials at site and laboratory as directed by deptt.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401. (ii) for Grading-II material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 T in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (With an initial lead 5.0 km). (A) By Manual Means. (iii) WBM Grading-III.

Providing and laying inter locking block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per Technical specification clause 1504. (inclusive of Edge restraint and carriage).

Providing and fixing of rectro-refletorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide cl.1701.2.3 fixed over alluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on GI pipe 50 mm dia firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmx600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawing and Technical Specification cl. 1701. (iv) 80cm x 60cm rectangular.
