Construction Of plinth for placing of 250 kva 11/0.4 kv T/F and 250 kva 33/0.4 kv T/F size 5"x5"4" above ground level and one fit below the ground level of 9" after excavation of 4" earth. Brick ballast shall be provided and remmering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9" width by first class brick in ratio 1:4:4 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled upto one fit below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shsall be provided upto 6" from the earth level and proper rammeing shall be done one no jail of 12 mm. KS tal shall be fixed in the holl of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in 1:2:4 ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12mm. thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sands. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of supervising engineer. it includes the cost of all material labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Safley Placing and Fixing of 250 KVA T/F on the plinth by the help of Crane/Chain Cuppie complete in all respect.

Water Level Pipe Earthing of 250 kva 11/0.4 kv transformer shall be done by G.I. Pipe 40mm/1 ¼" , 1 ½" dia by boaring the earth upto Waterl Level and connecting M.S. Flat of size 35x5mm with the transformers. The transformers will be earthed at different points including welding properly after cutting and welding the strips in proper shape size. The contractor shall provide the socket and Cap at upper edge of the pipe for pouring water during summer season and 1 No. cone at the bottom of the pipe for making suitable contact with the water, complete in all respect as per Respo norms.

Providing & Fixing of chain link fencing using M.S Pipe, M.S. angle & G.S wire mesh around the distribution transformer 250 kva T/F for safety aspect to cover the DT. GS wire mesh fencing to be fabricated from M.S pipe of square hollow section. M.S Angle/M.S flat & G.I. wire as per standard drawing with vertical support part of M.S. pipe in the ground using standard cement concrete mixture. The entrance door will be fabricated as per standard norms M.S. pipe square hollow will be used of 49.5mm x 49.5mm having wt. 5.95 kg/mtr. With minimum length of 2100 mm chain link. GI wire of 10 SWG & fabrication of mesh 2”x2” with approximate wt. 3kg/sqmtr. including cost of all material, labour & loading unloading both end, as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
