PROVISION OF PIPE LINE WORK FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT TIBRI MIL STN UNDER GE GURDASPUR

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and not exceeding 1.5 meter wide for foundation, laying pipes, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road cutting suitable for pipe laying up to 100mm dia (soling, WBM, top layer etc), including excavation returning filling in spreading levelling, well ramming in layers, filling with broken boulders/stones, and making good the structure as per existing, rolled and compacted complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by using machine and suppling & laying of HDPE pipe of 250 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and fixing Cast Iron Non retrun valve / Reflux Valve PN-1.6 grade, 150mm bore including all jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply, lowering and fixing MS heavy duty flanged pipe 5.4mm thick, 150 mm dia bore (length of each pipe not less than 3 mtr each), MS flange not less than 15mm thick on both sides with drilled holes and welded to MS pipe including jointing with necessary MS bolts, nuts, washers and packing material etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 7.00 here-in-before but for bore of pipe 100mm.

Supplying, laying and testing ductile iron pipe 150mm dia, class K-9 with socket and spigot ends suitable for push on rubber gasket tyton joint, centrifugally cast, with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated, conforming to IS 8329: 2000, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Earthwork and DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The rates of rubber gasket joints and jointing material shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates against this item. (iii) The measurement of pipe shall be net as fixed between the fittings including short lengths without any allowance for cutting and wastage and for the portion entering in the sockets of pipes and fittings. (iv) Pre-dispatch factory inspection and testing of pipes shall be done by the representative of Accepting Officer. Contractor shall intimate the same well in advance through GE Gurdaspur.

All as per Srl Item No 9.00 here-in-before but for bore of pipe 100mm.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub Class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for fixing CI route indicators made of 150mm dia fixed over angle iron 40x40x4mm, 300mm long grouted in PCC 1:2:4 block of size 150x150x900mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate against this item also include rates for (i) Necessary earthwork and foundation so as to fix the PCC block 300 mm below ground level. (ii) Engraving of works "DI WATER PIPE LINE" in PCC Block. (iii) Painting of entire assembly above ground with BLUE colour after necessary primer (as the case may be).

Material and labour for DI fittings, ISI marked, for flanged or spigot socketed pipe such as tail piece, connecting pieces, bends tapers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle or radius and straight connecting pieces, suitable for upto 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping including necessary formwork,even fair and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified
