SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (B/R WORKS): Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n.exc 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood (sal) plain, solid, straight chawkhats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides one face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/ frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauze etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly wooden surfaes of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer incl preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, in opening as per specifiecation and drawings all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail: Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated (colour of coating as directed) aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) of various section as required/suitable for doors, windows & partions/Ventilators (sliding /or openable type)etc including fixing and making the frames hinges to receive glass/wire gauge etc. Complete incl all fittings like jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing. anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. rubber beading, clips locking arrangement, handle, sealant etc all as specified and as directed.
