REPAIR AND MAINT OF SWH SUMMER AND COOLING APPLIANCES INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION INCLUDING DAY TO DAY EM MAINT AT CPE ITARSI UNDER GE BHOPAL

Attending day to day complain of internal electrification such as no light , unserviceable tube lights , bulk head fittings ,recess lights , mirror lights , building security lights ,LED bulbs , switches, sockets , lamp holder , fan regulator ,bell push , ceiling rose , plug top ,MCBs for minor reparing/rectified and making functional by skilled trades man with necessary T&P as required at site to complete job with stuiplated time and user satifaction including small piece of copper conductor single core multistranded up to 1 Mtr of size up to 4 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - (i) The quoted rate deems to exclude for all chasing of wall and plaster for making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing colour on wall. (ii) The tradesman shall report to E/M complaint cell of JE E/M itarsi daily at 8.30 am to take complaints from concern JE E/M . The complaint must be attended on same day in stuiplate time period by providing material required and by deploying sufficient manpower by the contractor. The complaint slip duly singned by the user shall be returened back at the complaint cell with proper feed back in the eveing. (iii) Urgent complaints must be attended in holiday. (iv) Electrical fitting and fixtures to be require at site to be will be paid and measured separetally . (v) Complaint slips & other stationary required for attending complaint shall be supplied by contractor without any extra cost to the departement.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring with surface/ concealed PVC conduit or wooden batten ( light, fan, socket, bell or power ) including sunk in cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes except fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, regulators, call bells, light fittings of any sketch etc and and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc including putty and one coat of similar paint to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.3.00 here-in before but with 2.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor cable for one 15 Amps socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.
