415 V 10 KA 'C' curve MCB TPN 100 Amp.

240 V, 10 KA 'C' curve MCB SPN 32 Amp.

S & F MCB single Pole and neutral rated capacity 5 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, breaking capcity 10 KA "C" curve complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI earth wire of size 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI wire to the extent of 7.5 mtrs asearthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate ZNo 3 of SSR par - I (2009) and 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing wire upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches for laying of cable, poles and stay not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified ad dirtected.

Returning & filling in, including spreading and leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm all as specified ad dirtected.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where complete all as specified ad dirtected.

M & L for sand cuhioning to under ground cabole provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified. Note :- Measurement shall be done after puning down of sand.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type - 1 Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 Volts Electric" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for boring hole under the road/path/pavment/hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directe buy Engr-in-Charge at site. Note :- The cost of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc.15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 50 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for cable protection passing under road/floor or for fixing to poles all as complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old Extg unserviceable LT UG/service cable of any description and size complete all as specified and as directred.

Supply, Laying & testing and commissioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, 3.5 core x 35 Sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with multi staranded aluminium conductor laid in pipes, trences/ducts, on poles etc of size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable MCCB S & F MCCB triple Pole and neutral rated capacity 100 Amps, 415 Volts, breaking capcity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unservicable ceiling fan any type and and deposited in MES store and S & F ceiling fan, 230 volts, 1200 mm sweep with service value of the fan shall be greated than 6.1 as per BIS with necessary aceessories and electrical connections for ceiling rose to fan terminal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for energy efficient exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep made of metal body ventil Air - DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size lt 15 cm 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible coppler cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connecttion and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub- base floor.

M&L for 50mm thick crushed stone sand/ river sand as in cushening layer below interlocking paver tiles well compacted to a true surface.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints in zebra pattern for stone kerb as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam hunchings,girders bresummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves,including supports overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc, rough finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded stone Agg.) as in embedding of angle iron post all as per specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing/ flooring complete all as specified and directed.
