Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works like minor electric repairing & boring repair, repair of pathway/jogger track, plumbing work. Hut repair cleaning of footpath & road. (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by department and lawn mover, brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/ articles shall be provided by the vendor). • Watch & ward of Nasirpur City Forest by deploying at least 15 Nos. for watch & ward (05 Nos x 03 Shifts of 8 Hours for 12 Months) on all weekdays and protection against huma damage/cattle etc., as directed by office-in-charge. Area: 80,937 Sqm x 12 Months = 9,71,244 Sqm/ Year • Watch & ward of Mitraon Pocket A City Forest by deploying at least 06 Nos. for watch & ward (02 Nos x 03 Shifts of 8 Hours for 12 Months) on all weekdays and protection against huma damage/cattle etc., as directed by office-in-charge. Area: 36,421 Sqm x 12 Months = 4,37,052 Sqm/ Year • Watch & ward of Mitraon Pocket B City Forest by deploying at least 09 Nos. for watch & ward (03 Nos x 03 Shifts of 8 Hours for 12 Months) on all weekdays and protection against huma damage/cattle etc., as directed by office-in-charge. Area: 1,21,380 Sqm x 12 Months = 14,56,560 Sqm/ Year
