Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of 40mm hard blue granite metal by volume) for levelling course in foundation trenches, manholes, inspection chambers etc., includig charges for scaffolding, shoring, strutting, bailing out water if necessary, ramming, consolidating, curing etc., cost and conveyance of all materials complete in all respects complying with the relevant standard specifications, including at all leads & depths inside the building.

Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 mix (one cement,five sand) using II class country bricks to a size of 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing the mortor, constructing, curing to required period and wherever the masonry projection is necessary for elevation shall be done with out extra cost etc complete as per std spn.upto basement .

Supply and fixing of Steel grill for window, door with square rod , iron flat including cutting, bending,welding and including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete

Plastering in cement mortor 1:3 mix (one cement,threee sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing the martor, and the surface rubbed for smooth and curing to required period, etc complete as per std Specification TNSS No.61,V,VI,(S4)3.
