Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to |.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm (DSR No. 11.46.2)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR No. 13.80)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13.41.1 New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer (DSR No. 13.41.1)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat (DSR No. 13.109.1)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : (a) 250mm x 16mm (DSR No. 9.62.2)

10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) brick tile of class designation 10 (DSR No. 12.16.1)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Providing and fixing vitreous china dual purpose closet suitable for use as squatting pan or European type water closet (Anglo Indian W.C pan) with seat & lid fixed with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level flushing cistern with fitting and brackets, 40 mm flush bend, 20 mm over flow pipe, with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: (White vitreous china dual purpose WC pan with white solid plastic seat and lid with white vitreous china flushing cistern and C.P. flush bend.
