REPAIR MAINT OF AC PLANT 3X50 TR AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT 7 AFH KANPUR CANTT

Repairs/maintenance of existing Air handling unit of capacity 50 TR along with its cooling coils, filters and following connected works as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge :- (i) Removing of 20 Micron filters from existing AHUs and proper clearing by compressed air flow, dusting out properly and refixing the same. (ii) Normal Wire, brushing of aluminium fins to remove/taking out all dust cleaning ofcooling coil by forced spray chemically (such as veni clean solution) all as entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Cleaning & removing of complete scale of bottom tray and drain pipe of AHUs as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Cleaning of drain pipe from AHUs tray to out side plant room manually as well as any de-scaling solution for draining. (Note :- Any defective worn out filters shall be replaced with new one and shall be paid separately in respective item of sch ‘A’).

Supply & fix in replacement of 20 Micron air filter of size (as per sample of nearest size) :

(i) 600 x 500 x 46 mm

(ii) 500 x 500 x 46 mm

(iii) 500 x 400 x 46 mm

(iv) 600 x 400 x 46 mm

Supply and replacement of water pressure gauge round flush type of range 0-7 Kg/CM2. Make :- Fiebig or equivalent

Supply and replacement of Digital Thermometer as per existing of range 0 – 100 C. (Make :- Remix/JB/Protex/Imperial).

Supply and replacement of fan belt for AHU blower motor cap 7.5 HP No 5 PA – 1700. (Make :- Fenner/Polyplus).

Supply and replacement of water chiller sensor suitable for 50 TR condenser unit chillar model WCDR 050, OMNS/T – 10066 – 1. (Make :- Voltas or equivalent as approved by GE).

Supply and fix in replacement of shaft seal assembly of compressor WCDR 050 PMNS/T- 05060 of existing description and existing make complete as directed. (Make :- Voltas equivalent as approved by GE).

Supply and filling in replacement of compressor oil confirming to IS, Oil filter, gasket for compressor 50 TR model No. WCDR 050 PMNS/T- 05060,make :- Voltas by opening of Oil chamber of compressor & cleaning with chemical base solution such as carbon Tetra chloridee including taking pump down for centralization of Refrigerent Gas R-22 including testing etc complete. (Make :- N-68 Sheetal equivalent as approved by GE).

De-Scaling of condenser cells & tubes by de- scaling solution & opening both ends cover plates cleaning with wire brushes to remove the deposited sealing in condenser unit of central Air Conditioning plant of capacity 50 TR all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-charging of Gas of condenser vide gas obtained from item No 16 here-in-below after flushing and vacuum including testing etc complete.

Supply and replacement of Automatic air pressure valve of size 1/2 “ as per sample complete. Make :- Autovent or equivalent

Supply & fix in replacement of two way solenoid valve as per existing.

Supply fix and replacement of Hepa filter efficiency 99.97% down to 3 micron size as per sample of nearest size :-

(i) 432 x 534 x 150 mm

(ii) 432 x 458 x 150 mm

(iii) 445 x 445 x 150 mm

(iv) 420 x 533 x 150 mm

(v) 420 x 420 x 150 mm

Supply fix and replacement of Brass Jali for ‘Y’ stainer as per existing in cooling Tower complete.

Supply and replacement of Heater 3000 Watts for 50 TR AC Plant as per sample complete. (Make :- DASPASS or equivalent as approved by GE).

Supply only refrigerant gas mafron (R-22) monochlorodifloro methane confirming to IS – 5160 in central Air conditioning plant 3x 50 TR in sealed container complete. ( Note : Empty cylinder shall be issued to the contractor by the deptt )

Supply and fix in replacement of expansion valve suitable for 50 TR central AC Plant as per existing. Make :- Sporlon.

Servicing of electric motor capacity 65 HP,for compressor by Oiling, Greasing including replacement of bearing 01 Nos as per existing complete all as directed.

Servicing of electric driven motor capacity 7.5 HP for water pump including oiling, greasing, including replacement of bearing – 01 No as per existing complete.

All as per sch item 19 above but cap 7.5 HP vertical type for CT Fan Motor.

All as per sch item 19 above but cap 5 HP for AHU fan motor.

Taking out motor of 7.5 HP Cap and strip opening cutting out old warn out copper winding wire and re-winding motor with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and size including testing and re-fixing to existing place making electrical connection testing all as specified and directed by Enginee-in-Charge.

Taking out motor of 65 HP Cap and strip opening cutting out old warn out copper winding wire and re-winding motor with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and size including testing and re-fixing to existing place making electrical connection testing all as specified and directed by Enginee-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement the following :-

(a) Contactor kit for ML – 1.5. (Make:- L & T or equivalent as approved by GE)

(b) Contactor kit for ML – 2.0 (Make :- L & T or equivalent as approved by GE)

(c) contactor coil for ML-1.5 . (Make :- L & T or equivalent as approved by GE)

(d) contactor coil for ML-2.0 Make : (Make :- L & T or equivalent as approved by GE)

(e) Contactor 3 TF 46, 440 Volts of capacity 630A. (Make: Siemens or equivalent as approved by GE)

(f) Auxiliary contract for 3TF 46 (Make:- Siemens or equivalent as approved by GE)

(g) Contactor 3TF 34,220V 3 Pole. (Make:- Siemens or equivalent as approved by GE)

(h) Auxiliary contact for 3 TF 34, (Make:- Siemens or equivalent as approved by GE)

(u) PVC fills of existing size 3X50 TR cooling tower as per sample.

Supply &Fixing of MPD suitable for voltas compressor model WC DR – 050 PMST including electric connection all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply & repair of VPD suitable for voltas compressor model 374 KKS - 41 rande 415V AC + 1-10% including electric connection all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply & fixing in replacement pressure valve suitable for condensor unit for 50 TR AC plant as per sample all as specified and directed.

S&F of Power contactor 3 pole,70A, 415 Volts Complete (Make;- Seimens/L&T/C&S or equivalent as approved by GE)

M & L for cleaning of air duct through authorised company to remove dust, bacteria, mould spores and other foreign body by using HEPA filter vacuum unit and high pressure steam as required. Robotic vido camera must be used for inspection, cleaning and sanitizing purposer. Access panels shall be fitted if required to gain access to clean the damper etc and shall be refitted with screws and sealanat, after thorough cleaning, the system should be properly sanitized by using an EPA resister bacteriastat. Also submit a proof of cleanig of duct by using robotic camera and the video film copied on ac CD in duplicate before and cleaning. One copy of CD will be kept on record of Engineer-in-charge and other copy shall be submitted during payment of RAR as well as final bill. No payment shall be made in absence of video proof. Make (Authorised company : Blue star/Voltas/ Carrier. ( Note :- The contractor should submit the report of the duct cleaning and physical condition by the Authorised company )

Supply, assembly and erection in replacement of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessoried such as corner, Cleat. Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealat on longutudinal joints etc complete of size 20 Guage all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes : (i) Duct shall be fabricated from galvanised sheet steel zic coated having zinc coating 120 gm/sqm total on both sides conforming to IS-277-2003. (ii) work shall be installed in workman like manner.

S&F of crosslink XLPE foam nit rile rubber insulated on duct surface of size 8 to 9 mm thick on top, bottom and sides with adhesive and blank taping complete all as specification and directed.

M&L for hessian cloth lining of approved quality all around the duct with suitable size screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair/Maint of cooling tower of capacity 100 TR central AC plant by removing the fins completely and thoroughly descaling the surface including finding the leakage of the cooling tower and required welding/brazing to supporting angle irons etc as to be carried out before preparing for painting, the inner and outer surface by 02xcoat of red oxide as primer and 01x coat of water proof/rust free exterior quality paint including replacement of fins as per the sample all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cooler tower fins shall be measured & paid seperately)

M & L for replacement of cooler tower fins as per the existing size by removing old fins including cleaning all as specified and directed.

Pumping down/descaning the complete existing refrigerant gas from the 3x50 TR central AC plant to the empty cylinder and supply and fixed in brassomatic valve of size 40/50 mm dia including necessary cutting, welding, leakage testsing etc complete with nitrogen gas all as specified and directed. Make : Sporion/BAP/MAP/TEK

Supply and replacement of electric actuator Model R-981(s) suitable for thermostat all as specified and directed. (Make : Honey well or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply in replacement of differential pressure swith type IPSD-50 as per existing make all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of water pressure switch including checking of electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (Make : Indfoss/Danfoss or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply and replacement of copper tubing 1/4 " (as per sample) at installation all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of brass flow nuts 1/4 " to 5/8 " (as per sample) all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of anti freeze thermostat including making electrical connection all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Indfoss/Danfoss or equivalent

Supply and replacement of cyfan as per sample in existing line including cutting,welding of new socket/adopter as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PVC insulated copper cable 3 core 4 sqmm multi stranded RYB colour code along with suitable lugs and shadles as required at site all as specified and directed. (Make : Polycab/Havells/Plaza or equivalent as approved by GE)
