Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix Macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage for mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve 98% of MDD complete as per clause 406 of MORTH- Rev 5 specification. The aggregates shall confirm to the physical requirements set forth in table 400-10 grading requirements as per table 400-11 of MORTH specification and as directed by the Engineer as per Cl.406 of MORTH V - revision.

Providing and laying prime coat using bitumen emulsion at the rate of 7.00 Kg per ten Sqm over the WBM/ WMM & BT surface for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied by the contractor, rentals for machineries fuel, all labour charges for cleaning the surface and applying tack coat and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per cl.502 of MORTH-V- revision.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam 0.24Cum of 26.50 to 13.20mm, 0.25Cum of 13.20mm to 2.36mm and 0.23Cum of 2.36mm & below with 53.20 kgs of, graded (VG – 30 & VG – 40) for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 -30 tones capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100KN vibrator roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen in to bituminous tank and metal to feeder unit, labour, for attending paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibrator roller and all other tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 505 MORTH – Rev -5.

Providing and laying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (RSI) 80/100 at the rate of 3.00 Kg per ten Sqm. Over the WBM / WMM surface for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied by the contractor, rentals for machineries fuel all labour charges for cleaning the surface and applying tack coat and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per cl.503 of MORTH-V revision.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 40mm using 0.13 m3 of 22.40 - 11.20mm, 0.17cum of 11.20 - 2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10Sqm including cost of conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tones capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tone Vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-V.

Supplying and spreading gravel for 50mm thick including cost of all labour, lead, lift, cost of spreading gravel watering and consolidating with hand roller, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Road Marking with Hot Thermoplastic compound with reflected Glass Beads on Bituminous surface.Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.
