Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ACP sheet 4mm thick in panelled and glazed door shutter and partition fixed with self drilling screws etc. completeas directed by the by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing toughened glass panes 10mm thick including cut out making hole and cost of silicone etc. fitting complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete (i) Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A,110 mm bend including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing Bamboo double Scaffolding System on the exterior side, up to Seven Story height made with 100mm Dia Bamboo1.5 Metre Center, Horizontal&vertical joining with rope in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it ina serviceble condition for the required duration as approved and removing it theresfter the scoffolding systemshall bestiffened with bracing, runners, connectionwith the building etc whereever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in- Charge. The elevational area of the Scaffolding shall be measures for payment purpose. The Payment willbe made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Disposal of Bilding Rubbish/ Malba/ similar unserviceable, Dismantled or Waste Material by Mechanical transport including loading transporting, unloading to approved dumping site of M.C. Shimla or on arranged by the contractor. i.e. through all mode of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith transportation of the unuseful material for disposing including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owener of dumping site through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and to complete the work by mechanized means and labour(if any required) All useful materials such as stones, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along roads side any loss of the public/private property during the courses of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .
