Providing corrugated CGI Sheet(18 gauge) sheet roofing fixed with G.I J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm thick diamenter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over tapping of sheets complete (upto a pitch of 60 deg.), excluding the cost of Purline, Rafters and trusses.(0.60mmthick with zinc coating not less than 275g/sqm) including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges, cost of all tools & plants, welding charges , GST& Labour cess, etc., complete.

Plastering of 12mm thick cement plaster of cement morter mix 1:4 (1 cement, 4 Mainland river sand) in single coat including finishing even and smooth and curing as directed by the EIC including cost of cement and cost of mainland river sand (fine or coarse sand as per requirement), screening of sand,mixing of morter,conveying,transportation cost of all materials to work site, scaffolding,all labour charges,moinor tools & plants required for this work GST& Labour cess etc., complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built upstandard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
