Construction of Passenger Jetty at Arnala Fort Tal-Vasai Dist-Palghar.

Item No.1:- Providing and laying cast in situ / ready mix M 40 RCC for 750 mm diaMetre bored piles each of load capacity as per design and of specified diaMetre of as directed, placed through steel shell sunk to the required depth through all strata except rock, excluding provision of reinforcement including placing concrete by tremie arrangement, compaction of concrete and withdrawal of steel shell with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) etc. complete.with natural sand /VSI quality artifical sand

Item No.2:- Providing, placing and driving in position 6mm thick permanent M.S. liner up to required depth with 12 mm thick M.S. cutting edge of 0.5 Metre length of bottom including fabricating, cutting the M.S. sheet to required diaMetre and shape,welding the joints and driving with the help of required machineries including all materials,labour and lift etc. complete. Spec. No.: MORTH 5th Revision No.1100 and 1904

Item No.4:- Chiseling through pile shells in hard strata like boulders, soft and hard rocks Beyond 750 mm and upto and inclusive of 900 mm dia including removing and stacking the loose materials etc. complete and disposing of the unserviceable materials outside complete - 750 mm dia

Item No.5:- Chipping and dressing of the R.C.C. piles upto 0.60 Metre including cleaning reinforcement and removal of dismantled materials upto a distance of 50 Metre beyond the building area etc. for providing pile caps.

Item No.6:- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix controlled M-40 cement concrete of of trap / granite / quartzite/ gniess metal for reinforced cement concrete caps over piers and abutments including necessary sacffolding plywood/steel formwork, compacting by vibrating, finishing in CM 1:3 and curing etc complete (Excluding reinforcement) With reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) . with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand

Item No.7:- Providing Temporary structural steel Gantry platform to be constructed with structural steel work including trasnporation, fabricting all materials, labour and equipment with gantry frame of driving and casting of reinforcement cement concrete piles including dismanatling platform after completion of work and including demobilization from site with all materials etc complete.

Item No.8:- Providing and casting special M40 grade in controlled cement concrete with .........mixer for prestressed concrete work for main girder including slab, cross girder etc. of ........grade including centering and scaffolding or launching including necessary plant &machinery for the job shuttering, vibrating, curing, finishing etc. complete. Precast/or cast in situ ( height upto 5mt ) With Fully Automatic Micro Processor based PLC with SCADA enabled concrete Batch Mix Plant (PAN Mixer). With crushed sand. Item No.14:- Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square Metre made out of 4mm aluminum composite material ( ACM) sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved

Item No.16:- Providing and fixing " D " series " D " shaped bore fenders including fixing by anchor bolts et. Complete as per drawing and directed under tidal range. D type Fender of Size 250 X 250 mm X1200mm

Item No.17:- Providing and fixing stainless steel mooring ring in cement concrete on deck of jetty consist of 32 mm thick steel bar, 225 mm inner diaMetre, steelring with 75 mm inner diaMetre steel hook of 32 mm diametre as per approved drawing etc. complete. (Stainless steel of grade S-304)

Item No. 18:- Providing and fixing in position Guard Railing as per Drg. Number 15 Type C dt. 20-4-79, with 3 rows of 50 mm dia. G.I. pipe 30 cm apart and fixed in M.S. channels of section 125 x 65 x 6 mm spaced 2.5 C/c 1:2:4 c.c. bedding of size 45 x 30 cm. as per detailed drawing, with 3 coats of approved yellow and black paint including necessary excavation in any strata.

Item No. 19:- Providing and fixing the Chemical Anchor Fasteners as specified below of Hilti Make or equivalent confirming to IS 1367 (Part 3) at required locations and level including drilling the hole, cleaning with blow pump and anchoring the bolt with chemical as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Item No. 20:- Providing and fixing the Mechanical Anchor Fasteners as specified below of Hilti Make or equivalent confirming to IS 1367 (Part 3) at required locations and level including drilling the hole, cleaning and anchoring the bolt as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Item No.21:- Providing and applying epoxy bonding agent for bonding old to new concrete for structural members prior applying the epoxy mortar to the concrete surfaces etc complete.

Item No.22:- Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermo plastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface - Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per Square Metre area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes. complete.

Item No. 23:- Shrinkage Grouting of 25 x 25mm size (GP2 grouting)

Item No. 24:- Supplying and laying trap stones upto 20 kilogram for Filter / Core layer including conveying with all the leads, lifts, laying in required lines, level, slope as per drawing including necessary equipments and machinery as directed by etc. complete in tidal conditions.

Item No. 25:- Providing and laying trap stones weighing 100 to 200 kilogram for Core / Sub armour / Armour layer including conveying with all the leads, lifts, laying in required lines, level, slope as per drawing including necessary equipments and machinery as directed by etc. complete in tidal conditions.

Item No. 26:- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader / Paver on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 -- By Mix in Place Method and Grading - I Material

Item No. 27:- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mixcement concrete in M20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

Item No. 28:- Providing service Pontoon 2 nos (5 m x 5 m) and service boat at work place for minimum seven month period which will be used for variuos construction activities.

Item No. 29:- Providing, Laying, Installing & Removing of Loading & Unlaoding platform at fort side which contains constructions of 500 mm Dia Piles along with palcing of 6mm thk. Liner at top of pile having provision of pile cap on the top of it eracting & installations of structural Steel structure etc complete.

Item No.30:- Lowering, Laying and Jointing 75 mm H. D. P. E. pipes by heating to the ends of pipes with the help of tefflon coated electric mirror / heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other, to form a monolithic & leak proof joint by thermosetting process. The pressing may be required to be done with Jacks/ Hydraulic Jacks/Butt fusion machine etc. complete with all materials labours as directed by Engineer - in - charge, including, given satisfactory hydraulic test.

Item No.31:- Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Single pile above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne Safe capacity Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity)

Item No.32:- Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Single pile above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne Safe capacity Routine test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity)

Item No.33:- Integrity testing of Pile Carrying out integrity test on piles of various diaMetres as per standard procedure and submitting reports.

Item No. 34:- Measuring velocity of creek at 3 section (1 centre and others on both banks) at an interval of two hours (four times in day) by sink floats etc. including rent of country crafts etc.complete.

Item No. 35:- Carrying out the Pull out test of bollard, use of accessories and instruments including providing the report as per I.S. code or Std. Specifications etc. complete.

Item No. 36:- Carry out detailed Topographic survey at site before start of work and prepare detail drawings of topography and Bathymetry and submit same etc complete and as directed by engineer in charge.
