ATTENDING DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS, REPAIR AND MAINT OF LV DISTRIBUTION NETWORK OF ELECTRICAL LINE OVERHEAD AND UNDERGROUND CABLE, LT PANELS, FEEDER PILLAR, SECURITY LIGHT PANELS TIMER BOX AT SECTOR B AND D AT PATIALA UNDER GE (SOUTH) PATIALA

M&L for providing labour, transportation for repairing/ Maint of LT over head lines and routine maintenance of electric supply/current leakage / underground LT cables and locating the fault in LT over head line by visual inspection recce of faulty area and repair the fault by means of replacement of unserviceable material as per exiting make and model, removal of vegetation growth over and around of LT OH lines, four/two pole structure and area sub stations, Repair/Maintenance of LT feeder pillar boxes , including MCCBs / Timer switch, Replacemenet of security lights/high mast on pole , protection devices, LT jumper, fuse on high tension voltage, burnt lugs, sleaves of LT bus bar chamber, noted down load of transformer and earthing testing result as and when shall detail and making it serviceable in all respect with all replacement of any major part but including small length of wires (not more than 100cm), remove of adhesive material from cables and other connected major/minor accessories. Work shall also include to check & removing all connections, bindings etc of ACSR/AAC conductor on existing LT poles & stringing of ACSR/AAC conductor up to required sag of any size and cross section of conductor and stretching of GI wire on existing pole including making necessary connection & binding with binding wire including cutting of tree branches from both sides of LT feeder up to the stress on each side complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Materials requried for fault repairs will be measured under relevant items included in BOQ. (ii) Contractor will depute the dedicated team, he will completely responsible for all the safety aspects of his team. No dispute regarding safety of person would be entertain later on. If any mishappening occures during rectifaction of fault in LT lines contractor will be fully liable to bear all the expenses of indls.

Special Notes:- (From main sub Station to distribution sub stn No.9, S/S No - 6 and S/S -16) (a) Contractor will provide all set of T & P, communication device (Mobile Phone) to deployed 3 persons (round the clock), electrcian team for each sub station required for repair of LT Electrical switch gear system including safety equipment such as All type of T&Ps four wheeler/two wheeler (Bamboo ladders, screw drivers, wire/cable cutters with blades, multi meters, cutting plairs, torch lights and first AID box etc) for routine maintenance and protection of the trademan incl safety equipment such as Hand gloves, Rubber boots, Sefety belt and helmets, raincoat etc. (b) On intimation of any type of repair/maintenance work of LT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity /nature of the work involved to restore the power supply and communicate with SBA on duty to get proper shut down and getting permit card for working on lines and deposit the permit card after rectification of fault, all the activities shall be carried out within reasonable time as given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Contractor will provide necessary complaint slip, complaint book & permit book, contractor will direct the instructions to indls for lodgging the complaints duly marked the location, time and date for earlier rectifications. (d) After getting the complaints, team deployed by the contractor will rectify the complaints within stipulated time i.e within 2 hours from the time of receiving of complaints. (e) Contractor should also provide a dedicated supervisor for collection of complaints from SBA, JE, USER etc. He shall be held responsible, in case complaints are not collected timely

M&L for pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvansied iron nut, 1100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous white brown or insulator working under 1100 volts grade , pressure of height 75 mm & 90mm dia insulators, dia of bolt 12mm , section of straps 31 x 3mm, washers, nuts complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down U/S stay assy and M&L for stay assy comprising of MS stay plate of size 23cmx23cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm ling 16mm dia , MS/GI stay bow 40cm lingh with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/3.5mm of suitable length, loop insulation size 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm & other accessories including excavation and earth work, cement concrete and loop insulators all as shown in SSR Part-1 plate No-1 plat1 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- MS clamps will be measured & paid separately in respected items of this schedule.

M&L for LT Jumper complete all as specified and directed. Note : Materials requried for fault repairs will be measured under relevant items included in BOQ.

M&L for multi-jointed ACSR jumpers of LT over head lines with and incl XLPE/PVC insulated 1100 volts multi stranded aluminium conductor single core cable of size upto 120 sqmm as per colour code in sequence Red ,yellow ,blue and black for neutral incl fixing with ACSR conductors with suitable size PG (Parellel Groove) clamp complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Length of one jumper not exceeding more than 3.0 mtrs .

Supply and fixing in repalcement of aluminium conductor steel reinforced any type conductor as per the site requirement including binding wire and jumper connect with PG clamp made out of aluminium alloy accodring to IS-617 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 90cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish complete all as specified and directed.
