Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :three Sand :six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work for plain concrete in drain and channel etc. open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as per direction of Engineer-in Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Wall painting Two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre (Fifty grams per litre) of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint of ASIAN- APEX ULTIMA of required shade on old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of one point six seven litre per ten square metre) on existing cement paint surface complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) one piece with seat and lid, 10(ten) litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, of approved brand Jagwar Hindware/ Cera including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts .
