Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up / down the 150mm dia CI/DI water mains and connections/fittings of any type from trenches/ walls / floors (of any location) for replacement / re-use in old / new location/diversion by burning lead joints/ tyton joint/rubber gasket joint or kept aside for further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Necessary earthwork, if any , will be measured and paid separately under relevant items) .

Taking up / down the 200 mm dia CI/DI water mains and connections/fittings of any type from trenches/ walls / floors (of any location) for replacement / re-use in old / new location/diversion by burning lead joints/ tyton joint/rubber gasket joint or kept aside for further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Necessary earthwork, if any , will be measured and paid separately under relevant items) .

Supplying, laying & testing 200 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying & testing 150 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Straight plain brass ferrules 20mm (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s ) complete of size 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Boring of holes at a depth up to 1.5 mtr below under Road/ pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology or by mechinical means by using standard Engineering Practice including making surface good by filling PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates include earth work, restoration of road hard crust/side bam for laying of pipe line along/across road etc complete all as directed and speicifed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 100 cm x 100 cm x 90 cm (internal dimensions), using old size sub class 'B' brick, built in CM 1:6 and 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 both internally and externally with 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 in benching complete with and including 2 mm thick mild steel sheet cover (mounted on angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping), fitted with proper locking arrangement, hinges and handle of suitable size and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all steel surfaces, including necessary earth work ( in soft/loose soil), returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar LED street light fitting 36 Watt including galvanized steel suitable height pole in built lithium ion battery, solar panel ,charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be measured and paid under relevent items of the BOQ.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

Cutting existing steel tubing 15mm dia for addition / insertion of new Tee / Elbows / Socket etc. (Each cut measured) by screwing existing pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter-fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stop valves/ angular stop valve, 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions complete all as specified and as directe.

Material and labour for Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts, FRLS grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC Casing and Caping with all accessories including fabricated MS/PVC terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and complete all as directed..

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm, single core,FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 6.0 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 6.0 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 6.0 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 5-in-1 , 3 pin , 6 and 16 Amp PVC type universal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of Storage type steel body with glass line S.S inner tank and heating element upto 2KW electric water heater of capacity 25 ltrs with BEE 5 star rated, 230 V, maximum power consumption 2 KW, wall mounting type complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece, PVC connecting pipe 15 mm bore 450mm long 2 Nos for hot and cold water supply and shall mounted on wall using wall fastener complete all as specified and directed.
