Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced)

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

Demolition of Brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar at ordered portions including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete.

M&L brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 Complete.

M&L Half Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in channel /drain, coping complete all as specified.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Cover slab ,manhole cover and similar articals ete and set in CM 1:4 all as specified

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl. cranking, bending spirally for hoping ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealled ) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip quality conforming to TMT bars. complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces (5mm thick CM 1:4 with WPC setting coat and 10mm thick CM 1:4 backing coat), finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC measured and paid separetely.

M&L applying two coats cement base paint on wall including preparing new plastered surface over alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors as in weep holes

Supply only mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other fitted with washer and nut 5 to 10mm dia and 50mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel works in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) all as specified and directed

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC( embedded in concrete work any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good doisturbed ground all as complete all as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in & ramming earth or broken rubbles mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone Aggregate) as in embedding of precast post.

Supply and fixing chain link mild steel galvanised fencing of any size & weight n exc 4 kg/sqm incl fixing to any type of standards, rail, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified

S&F 10mm round bars Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality-A or Fe-290-(Gde-E-165) as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post inclucinding necessary welding and fixing arrangement at ends complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete

M&L 50mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary joint filling by bitumen Grade B.

M&L Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, Heavy duty, Pre Polished, Machine presed, High dencity, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over the floors including15mm screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick Cement concrete Nominal mix type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete

M&L 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interloking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 of M-35 grade with gray cement and pigment laid over sand cussion complete all as specified. (ISI Marked duely emposed on tile)

M&L 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interloking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 of M-35 grade with gray cement and pigment laid over sand cussion complete all as specified (ISI Marked duely emposed on tile)
