Shifting of HT pump motor set complete with electrical from one pumping station to another pumping station for dewatering in 6/7 UG mine of Rajgamar Sub Area of Korba Area. Scope of work: Handling of M.S. Pipe 150mm / 200mm of length 6 Mtrs from surface to sump in mine with the help of haulage after flange welding both side of M. S. Pipe. Qty - 6 Nos (36 Mtrs) with rubber packing 6 nos. M.S. Nut Bolt with washer as per requirements 2. i) Dismantling of pump motor set, suction pipe 30 to 36 Mtrs, foot valve, sluice valve non-return valve, bend, nipple, delivery pipe etc. by unscrew nuts and bolts with the help of spanners and ii) Fitting of dismantled pump motor set on foundation with suction pipe, foot valve, sluice valve, non-return valve, bend, nipple, delivery range up to 36-40 Mtrs by fixing of M.S. Nuts and Bolts with washer of size 5/8" x 2.5 inch as per requirement and priming of pump to operate pump for dewatering. 3. Shifting of dismantled pump-motor set, foundation, starter, cable, suction pipe, foot valve, sluice valve, non-return valve, bend, nipple, delivery pipe etc. Supply and fixing of M.S. Nut Bolt 10 Kg of size 5/8" x 2.5 inch with washer. (M.S. Nut and Bolts, Tools will be provided by the contractor) Total no of installed pump 07 out of which 04 nos need to shift / advance for dewatering.
