Providing and installing submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034-2002 (with up to date amendments) along with directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor conforming to IS 9283-2013(with up to date amendments) suitable for operation on 415Volt.3 phase 50 C.P.S A.C supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thrust bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and duly fitted with device to take upto the expansion of water with heating of motor complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (Make KSB/Kirlosker / Mather & Platt.) suitable for operation on data given below:

Supply and fixing of control panel for submersible & Centrifugal pump complete with shaft and angle iron, fabricated duly painted and complete with internal wiring and comprising of air break starter main switch of suitable Amp., T.P. voltmeter, ammeter, phase indicating lamps water level guard and single phase preventer including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing submersible cable 6.00mm2 to submersible sets .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing supporting clamps following dia to submersible pump sets including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double flanged C.S NRV of Leader/Kirloskar/KSB valve make of following dia for delivery line of the pump and capable of with standing normal sheet pressure as per BS 1868/API-6D with upto date amendment for Class ASA-150 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double flanged C.S Sluice valve of Leader/Kirloskar/KSB valve make of following dia for delivery line of the pump and capable of with standing normal sheet pressure as per BS 1414/API 600 with upto date amendment for Class ASA-150 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing stainless steel rope wire (minimum 5 mm thick excluding insulation thickness) suitable to wear the weight of motor pump, riser pipe etc.

Providing & laying at site double loop earthing with copper plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such as charcoal, common salt, GI pipes, thimbles, nuts & bolts, digging of pits, GI wiring & 25x5mm G.I. strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with up to date amendments suitable for above motors & other electrical equipments i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads & lifts & as directed by Engineer -Incharge.

Providing chain pulley for lifting of submersible pump heavy duty 3 tonne capacity complete with tripod make with G.I. pipe and U clamp.

Providing laying and fixing of aluminium conducter, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured /XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc, of the requried size 3.5*50mm2.

Providing and fixing100 ampere change over switch of makeL&T as required complete in all respect including all connections with thimbles etc, complete.

Providing double loop earthing arrangment with copper earth plate 600mmx600mmx 3mm thick including accessories i.e. G.I. pipe copper plates ,copper stripe and wire for looping and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe etc. (butt without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required .

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required . 1Job

Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for earth connection etc. as required. 2 Job

Excavation in foundations, , trenches (for pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, metalled& unmetalled road , blasting work in soft/hard rock or chiselling work wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including soring, strutting/ planking , timbering and dewatering where ever required, stacking the useable and un -useable materials/soils separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the useable soils in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soils/un-useable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original conditions and including the cost of diversion of traffic, night signal ,fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Laying,jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to great (IS marked G.I Flanged pipe of below mentioned diameter medium class conforming ot IS-1239-1990 (Part-II)( latest with upto date amendment ) having menium wall thikness as sepicified as below and jointed with flanges confoming to tables as below of BIS 6392-1971 ( latest with upto date amendment ) after every 100 meter joints welded at both ends of pipe according as per 816-1965 ) & reaming joints with Circumferencial Butt Welded joints- by electrical arc welding to required dia GMS Pipe welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS : 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of advani oerlikon (Adore) - CITOJET/ ESAB make, conforming to IS :814 -1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/ mechanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge. (The earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)
