Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 sand) IInd class brick.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.Flate surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. floor etc. up to 200mm in thickness.

P/L cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete. Including cost of from work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete. Including cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, lands and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bresamers and cantilever up to floor two level.

Providing mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in Position complete up to floor two level (Tor steel)

White glazed tiles 6mm thick is flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand)finished with flush Pointing in white cement.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick is skirting risers of steps and dodo 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry.

P/F angle iron door, window , clearstory window frame manufactured from steel iron section of 40x40x6mm, Thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50x25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel bult hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after Pretreatment of the surface as directed by the engineer-in- charge

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. Sheet garage door with frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron 3.15 M.S. gusset Plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fitting complete including applying a Priming coat of red lead Paint using flates 30mm x 6mm for diagonal braces and central cross Pieces.

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt dust and other foreign matter (with ready mixed paint other than white)

Applying Birla white wall care Putty over plaster surface after thought brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose material and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Finishing wall with weather Proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apex ultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surface (two coat)to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning. The surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand Paper Smooth complete.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete /stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, Internal rounded angles, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

Supply and fixing expended metal to wood or steel member in Partition etc. weight not exceeding 3kg/m2

P/F to wall ceiling and floor galvanized mild steel tubes (Medium grade) tube fitting and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor (15mm nominal bore).

P/F C.P. Brass Towel rail complete with C.P. Brass brackets fixed to wooden Plugs with C.P. Brass screws.600mmx20mm.

P/F Chromium Plated brass Soap dish with C.P. Brass brackets fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. Brass Screws.
