Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers (Asian,cico,durabuild or equivelent Brand as approved by E/I) having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with 7 years Warranty NSI

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge 1st class brick ballast (Class 150) coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist Class brick (class 150) work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (FM1.8 to 2.50) mortar but in supper structure but for wall of one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) & cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 13.20)

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.(CSI No.13.21)

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint on new wall surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and two coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 13.22)

Painting two coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) . (CSI No. 13.25)

Same as in item 13.22 but for TWO coat of APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .on previously treated surface. (CSI No. 13.24)

Same as above in item no. 13.25 but one coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint on previously painted surface. (CSI No. 13.27)

3mm thick floating coat of Neat cement finish over roof & walls including supply of materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.

Supply and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipe 4 Kg./ Sq.cm for water supply mains & rain water pipe of Tirupati or equi. Make with special such as Tee, bend, socket, elbow etc. including cutting of pipe where necessary and including excavation of trenches for laying the pipe line of approved size (600 x 900 mm) and including its back filling after testing the pipe line , watering, ramming etc complete including disposal of surplus earth from the sides upto 100 mtr as per direction of Engineer incharge as required for proper completion of work.

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box ,piano type switch and ceiling rose/angle/ batten holder on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc. complete in all respect, as directed .

Painting or varnishing old iron work in small areas or old wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to theI.S. 103-1950.

Providing and laying floor of 8 mm thick vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting of approved brand (Bell, Johnson or equi. make) size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work. Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth,watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . Repair to 2.5 cm (1") cement concrete floor in patches including up to 10 cm.(4") depth renewing 8 cm.(3") base concrete consisting of one part cement, 4 parts aproved coarse sand and 8 parts of 4 cm.(1.5") gauge brick ballast as in C.C.floor consisting of one part cement 2 parts approved coarse sand and 4 parts approved stone grit including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Supply and fixing galvanised mosquito proof jali (16x24 gauge) with M.S. flat of 20 x 3 mm. size, on both sides screwed or welded to window or door frame

Renewing panes of glass including supply of 4mm thick glass with putty and brands including cost of all labour, materials, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of single leaf flush door shutter (boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S 2202 part – a (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, including their supply of approved anodized aluminum fitting.

Engaging of labour for misc. civil works with required T&P
