Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Ribbed Tor Steel / TMT reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire) Upto plinth / Basement level etc complete

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 2.10 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel etc complete

Providing vibrated Reinforced controlled Ready Mix cement concrete M 40 WEARING COAT design mix (To be designed with the material to be used) using 20 mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cement, handling charges for the same, mixing , lncluding placing the pump in position , erecting the horizontal and vertical pipe line to the required distance and height , laying,compacting ,providing cover blocks, finishing smooth the surface, including form work, vibration charges, curing concrete, all other tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete ( Excluding cost and fabrication charges of steel) confirming to MoRTH specifications, as directed by the Engineer - WEARING COATl etc complete

Providing vibrated Reinforced controlled Ready Mix cement concrete M 40 design mix - crash barrier (To be designed with the material to be used) using 20 mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cement, handling charges for the same, mixing , lncluding placing the pump in position , erecting the horizontal and vertical pipe line to the required distance and height , laying,compacting ,providing cover blocks, finishing smooth the surface, including form work, vibration charges, curing concrete, all other tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete (Excluding cost and fabrication charges of steel) confirming to MoRTH specifications, as directed by the Engineer - Crash barrier/ Handrail (Height 950mm) etc complete

Construction of INSPECTION CHAMBER size of 0.9x0.9 following clear sizes including earth work excavation, CC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick and brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 [One cement and Five sand] using best quality of Clay burnt Bricks of size 9” x 43/8” x 23/4” with Class designation of 7.5 and Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 [One Cement and Three Plastering Sand] 12 mm thick to inner and outer sides and wearing coat 1:3:6 [One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six Aggregate] 15 cm thick and covered with precast slab 5 cm thick etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of FRP Grating of size 1000mm (Length) x 155mm (Height) x 30mm thick for vertical application. The grating should have zero filter content and should be non-painted, but self pigmented. The filter content tested as per ISO 3451, the slot opening should be 30mmx30mm with an average wall thickness of 8mm

Providing Iron Barricading of size 2m width and 1 m height with 40mm dia MS Tubular pipe for vertical supports on both sides and three lines of barricading with 25mm size MS tubular pipe and 2 x 1m M.S. Sheet with name board of size 0.60 x 0.45 m size M.S.sheet (20 gauge) including Cutting, Welding, fabrication charges and one coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality with fixing of indication with reflecting stickers and necessary interlocking arrangements with adjoining units and placing the barricading units as directed at the site for a period of 28 days. The M.S. Sheet barricading is a temproray barricading and can be removed and reused after the completion of work in a particular stretch

Finishing the Concrete surface of various grades using Power Trowel including hire charges of Power Trowel, fuel charges,labour chargesetc., complete.
