M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled exc 50mm deep but n exc 100 mm macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Scarifying to be done with milling machine (Mechanical Eqpt/ machinery)

M&L 75mm or less thick consolidated thickness Premixed Bituminous macadam of grade VG-30 penitration and using 12 to 25 mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid with the help of mechanical paver and rolled compacted to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne using 4% binders by weight to mix to make good depression/ pot holes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 4% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 4% than minimum binder content of 4% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The Job design shall be got down from approved lab and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work.

M&L for preparing unsurfaceed water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming tack coat with Bitumen Primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 Sqm over surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for applying 2 mm thick thermoplastic compound on black top surface or existing painted surface of thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade confirming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass bed (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instructions & according to the speifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface & transport) - specification 2001 (4th revision) making lines, brocken lines/dashes, arrow etc on road and other like surface exceeding 10 cm but not exceedig 30 cm in width or girth complete all complete all as specified and directed

M&L in repair metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted o 45/50 mm mild steel pip[e of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection inlcuding embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300 mm) type B-1 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Cat Eyes of aluminium alloy body solid of size 110 x 120 x 20 mm with PAMA striplers reflectors fixed on the road by using and incl MS stud of suitable size model No DA-972 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Precast cement concrete kerb stone in any floors and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherevr required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface and applying two coat f sythetic enamel paint exc 10 cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer all as complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 60,000.00
