Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18mm and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. Providing and Fixing horizontal level suspended metal ceilings comprising of Metal baffle system with Rectangular vertical baffle blades made of of Aluminium (Grade AA 3xxx, H14 temper) in coated thickness of 0.7mm ± 0.03mm as per IS:2676 (1981), post coated to any RAL colour, suitable for architectural finishes and Interior applications, with double grid concealed system and butt joint panels. The baffle width shall be 50mm, height shall be 150mm, length shall be ranging up to 3000mm with a C/C distance of 150mm. The baffles shall have plain unperforated finish with square edge, hook-on edges with suitable upturns. The baffles shall be electrostatically powder coated using RoHS compliant pure polyester powder to achieve coating thickness ranging from 60-80 microns. The powder coating shall pass Salt Spray Test for 750 Hours as per ASTM B117, QUV –A Test for 1000hours as per ASTM G-154 – (Cycle – 1) and Humidity test for 1000hours as per DIN 50017. The powder coating shall have an adhesion of GT0 as per EN ISO 2409. The shade variation across batches shall be delta E<1 using Excite/BYK Gardner instrument and gloss level of 25±5% at 60˚ as per ASTM D523. The grids shall comprise primary U-shaped slotted carrier bars of 120gsm galvanised steel (GI) of 3000mm L x 43mm H x 30mm W x 1.5mm T. Accessories shall include baffle connector (GI), baffle face cover (GI), carrier bar splice (GI), carrier hanger (SS), wall anchor (GI).. Dimensions: The baffle length varies up to 3000mm, baffle width shall be 50mm, baffle height shall be 150mm. The dimensional tolerances for length shall be ±0.5m up to 1000mm L; ±1.0mm between 1001 to 2000mm L; ±2.0mm between 2001 to 3000mm L. The dimensional tolerances for width & height shall be ±0.5m up to 200mm. Dimensional Tolerances for panel length / panel width / panel height - to be measured in accordance with TAIM standards.

Providing, making and placing dummy column/ consoul of various height at the designated locations consisting of frame work of local wood of section 50 x 50 covered with 18mm,6mm & 4mm thick MDF board wherever required,which shall be covered with 4mm Veneer & 6mm thick Laquered glass with all necessary fittings, fixtures and adhesive as shown in the drawing and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. a) Two coats

Prviding and fixing 12mm thick acrylic solid surface of approved shade in cladding for the water fountains over 12mm thick ply board along the wall in absolute plum with all necessary adhesive , screws etc. complete as shown in the drawing and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick lacquered glass as per approved of approved color / shade on a perfectly leveled on the existing wall fixed with clips (either of I/J1/J2, or equivalent as approved made of polycarbonate, grey backing foam to accommodate substrate undulation, with a horizontal load capacity of 30Kg/100mm and vertical pullout load > 200kg/100mm). Glass should be supported with 1mm thick lip covering upto 3mm of glass surface; clips should be fixed using durable, non-corrosive, strong screw 45mm long . Fabricating and fixing in position of customised design ref. images and shop drawing as approveds TV console (DG) Table ( T39 ) with Decorative Veneer as approved of required size: - Console top shall be made out of 18mm thick commercial ply of MR grade (Make:Century Architect Ply /Durian /Archid ply /Greenlam Club) IS 303 : 1989 - The side panel / vertical support and modesty shall be made out of 18mm thick commercial ply of MR grade (Make: Sumo /Century Architect Ply /Durian /Archid ply /Greenlam Club) IS 303 : 1989 shall be supporting below the console top and modesty having height of 650 mm to 700 mm shall be fixed at front side of table top. - Table top surface, both sides of vertical support/ side panel and both sides of modesty shall be pasted with 1.00 mm thick decorative / coloured high pressure laminated sheet (Make: Cedar Lam /Durian /Archid ply /IPL/Archid / /Royal Touch) with hot pressed glue including cost of glue/ adhesive of approved quality. - Balancing Laminate pasted below the table top shall be thickness of 0.60 mm in gloss / matt finish with high density protective surface layer pasted with hot pressed glue including cost of glue/ adhesive of approved quality. - The working or non-working edges shall be provided with matching machine pressed 2mm thick PVC edging using with special hot melt glue at hot temperature. Providing and fixing 12mm thick acrylic solid surface of approved shade sheet with C & C router cutting screen/ jali as per Reference image /photograph or equivqlent as approved design ( refer dwg PAT-TB-T-ID-12) frame with 18mm BWP ply clad with oak veneer , fastners etc as required complete with all respect as desired and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying water-based special two-tone velvet/ Preimistic Pearl finish of interior grade texture / paint having low VOC made up of special pearl pigments of make as approved by engineer in charge having special wipeable properties and finish to be equivalent to :- a. Damascus/Alba/Palmyra of ultratech (UTTPL), b. Perlata of ArmourCoat c. R-Stone fondo of Nova Color The finish should have anti-algae and UV resistance properties in the desired pattern after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles from the plastered surface. The following process to be followed : a. Initial coat of Masonry primer of approved colour and shade ( Min. 0.9 ltr /10 sqm). b. Two coats of base coat with roller and brush ( Min. 0.9 ltr /10 sqm). c. Final finish in 2 coats of Preimistic pearl finish (Wipeable grade) ( Min. 1.1 ltr/10 sqm). Providing & Fixing Roller Blinds with Alluminium alloys headrail shall be 38 m.m. with control unit, shall be made of high grade Polymer and shall not used in side the head rail which shall transfer mation from chain. Chain shall be made of plastic beads for operation. Use black out fabric with no openess factor and bottom pipe should be cover by both side round endcap. ( Basic cost of material including all assesseries should not be less than Rs. 350.00 /Sqft)

Providing & Fixing 3M Frosted Translucent, cast PVC, selfadhesive vinyl, special CRYSTAL-effect film to reproduce Sand-blasting effect on glass, thickness of 2 mil (0.05mm) without adhesive & 3mil (0.8)with adhesive having minimum tensile strength of 3.5 pound/inch at 73 F(0.6 kg/cm at 23 C). Adhesion after 24hrs of installation should be 4 pounds/inch (0.7 kg/cm) on Acrylic, Glass Polycarbonate: MCS warranty of 3yrs (if exposed to direct sunlight) to 15yrs (indoors) must be endorsed by 3M India Limited Architectural Market Department. Providing and fixing 6mm thick back painted machine cut Lacquered Glass of required shape and colour of approved make fix in true line and level on the existing surface.The fixing of the lacqured glass on the existing 12 mm ply surface will be done with the help of silicon (GE winsel-20/ Dow Corning-786) making complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer - in - charge . The rate shall be inclusive of all the necessary material , required hardware , Labour , Trnsportation , necessary for the complete execution of the item .

Providing and placing in position, Ladies Frisking booth of size 1800*1800*2150mm made with marine plyof 18mm thick conforming to IS 710 and all interior and exterior sides will be finishedwith 1mm thick suede/gloss finish laminateconforming to IS2046 placed on ground with SS brackets, with door opening on both sidesbearing curtain on SS drapery rod top finished. A 300*300 mm acrylic to be finished on the ceiling for ventilation. A charger point for charging HHMD ans a tube light to be provided as per the image , to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
