Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains for all kind of soil (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, flooring, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, covered slab, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for steel TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work as in reinforcement including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for shelves, cooking platforms etc (cast in situ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore (broken bricks of boulders) of gauge n.exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel as in structural steel work, riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved tint to new steel surfaces of any description and two or more coats on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 Mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 Mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for Gl frame work of size 605x605 mm grid seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long providing and fixing gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc., aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

Providing and fixing for shutters of doors, windows and ventilators powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Fittings shall be measured and paid for separately.

Providing and fixing float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P . brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanized iron angular bracket 50x50x3mm size for fixing the rectangular channel complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.
