Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix (1:2:4) B1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajja and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix (1:2:4) B1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 mtr span etc complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to rough finished surface of sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam hunchigs, girders, bressullers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports over hankes etc of plinth/roof beam and similar works vertical or better for fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste for form work to chajjas, racks stabs, lintel or similar work for fair finished surfaces, horizontal etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia & securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm as in stirrups cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia conformig to Fe 500, complete all as specified and directed.
