Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Ordinary rock

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work blasting work including where blasting is prohibited and chiselling/wedging out of rock etc. upto all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15cm layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolidting up to a lead of 20 meters and lift up to 1.5 meters.

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including Loading & unloading & stacking of Muck/Debries in M.C. Dumping site at bharyal free of cost Tansporation charges will be paid extra (10km)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundation footing and basis of coulmn ,etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like - Floors etc. upto all thickness

Column ,pillers , posts and struts

Beams ,cantilever, griders and lintels.Sides and soffits of beams , beam haunching cantilevers, brssumers and lintels not exceeding.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.2 (1cement :1 sand :2graded stone aggregate 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.2( 1 cement :1 sand :2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforceme Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.
