Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for One (01) Year (12 Calendar Months) for (G+3) 26 passenger OTIS Make Lift installed at Staircase, Government Super Speciality Hospital, Srinagar, including preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance of all lift mechanical, electrical and electronic components, traction machine, motor, brake, controller, VVVF drive, ARD, guide rails, wire ropes, governor, safety gear, buffers, landing and car doors, door operator, COP, LOP, travelling cables, limit switches, alarms, intercom, lighting, ventilation, safety circuits and associated accessories; including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, testing, calibration, fault diagnosis, emergency breakdown assistance, replacement of normal consumables/wear-and-tear components wherever required, maintenance records and all allied services complete as per OEM recommendations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
