Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8, (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sunken Waterproofing: Surface Preparation: Taking out/ down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken/ lowered portion of slab surface for full depth of sunken floor by wire brush or chisel out any mortar sticking the surface all as specified and directed including cleaning and preparation of the substrate to receive Fosroc Polyurea waterproofing system or equivalent product of Asian paints, M/s MC Bauchemic/ CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite/ Dr Fixit/ Thermax/ STP shall be a sound base free from any oil, grease, rust, or deleterious material which may impair adhesion. The surface preparation shall be carried out mechanically to remove contaminants, laitance & weak concrete, to expose blow holes, and to produce a sound concrete with adequate profile and porosity. Any crack shall be treated with cementitious repair mortar of Fosroc Renderoc CS or epoxy crack filling mortar or equivalent product by proper grooving arrangement as advised by Fosroc or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Bore Packing (for Reinstallation): Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC by roughening using suitable file to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable arrangement (depending upon site conditions). Applying a coat of styrenebutadiene based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR or equivalent product of Asian paints, M/s MC Bauchemic/ CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite/ Dr Fixit/ Thermax/ STP admixed with integral WPC or cementitious crystalline water proofing compound to enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces. Packing the gap using nonshrink cement polymer-based grout using conbextra GP2 upto the surface of the bore whilst the Nitobond SBR is in tacky state. The above analysis is based on assumption for 150/ 110mm diameter core with 110/ 75mm diameter PVC for 5” thick slab only. Typical Properties Compressive strength at 28day as per BS 1881 45N/mm2 as per the manufacturer’s Instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Coving treatment: Making coving of 50mm X 50mm at all the flat & vertical junction using Fosroc Renderoc S Single component, shrinkage compensated, fiber reinforced, thixotropic cementitious mortar, to achieves a minimum compressive strength of 20 MPa in 1day and 55 MPa in 28days when tested as per EN 12190 and capable of applying 50mm thickness in single layer of approved product finished flush with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Waterproofing membrane: Supply and application of single-component, Pitch free seamless roller/spray applied Nitoproof 600PF or equivalent product of Asian paints, M/s MC Bauchemic/ CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite/ Dr Fixit/ Thermax/ STP applied at average minimum DFT of 1.3mm above primed surface with Nitoproof WB Primer or equivalent product of Asian paints, M/s MC Bauchemic/ CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite/ Dr Fixit/ Thermax/ STP. It shall possess the following properties: Solids by Volume:85%, Tensile Strength ASTM D412: >1.9MPa, Tear resistance ASTM D624C:15(N/mm), Elongation ASTM D-412:>400%, Adhesion in-peel test ASTM C836 (N): >50N Note: Providing a non-woven geotextile fabric of 200GSM over the cured waterproofing membrane before going for a protective layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Fill the sunken with water and check for dampness and seepage. All pipes through the walls of sunken floor shall be laid before water proofing treatment is carried out. One No. 50mm dia 35mm long medium grade GI pipe with wire guage on inside mouth shall be provided to each sunken portion. Cost of pipe with incl of quoted rate, no extra cost will be paid. (ii) Work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer's specifications and application methodology. Execution to be done with authorized trained/ skilled applicator with prior experience of more than 5 years in applying similar system and as per manufacturer technical guidelines laid by manufacturer, company back gaurantee to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles in light shade 8-10mm thick of size 600mm x 600mm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.20 here-in-before but as in wall skirting incl rendering in cement morter 1:4 of 10mm thick as backing coat.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
