Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size crushed.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying cement concrete in R/walls return walls, walls (any thickness) incl. attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts struts, buttresses string or laces courses, parapets coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills fillets etc. upto floor five level excl. c/o centering shuttering and finishing 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate) 20mm size (crushed).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls above 20cm wide.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made antiskid, anti glazed PCC Interlocking paver blocks of M-40 design mix as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Avg. compressive strength of 8 paver blocks shall be minimum 47.2 N/mm2 minimum thickness of wearing layer is 6mm, max abrasion resistance 2mm, maximum water absorption of 3 units is 6% by mass) made by high quality paver blocks making machine with high level of compaction and vibration and of approved size and shape laid in required colour and pattern (pigment used shall not be more than 10% of weight of cement used in wearing course layer) and including 50mm (+5mm) thick compacted bed of naturally occurring, clean, well graded, sharp coarse sand (passing 4.75mm sieve) of uniform moisture content 4% to 8% at the time of spreading. Paver units should be placed with the help of spacer (2mm -3mm wide) on un-compacted sand and cutting machine, filling the spaces between 25mm and 50mm wide concrete having minimum 1:1:2 cement : sand : 20mm crushed stone aggregate mix. After laying paver blocks they shall be compacted with high frequency, low amplitude mechanical flat plate vibrator having plate area sufficient to cover a minimum of 12 paving units, after compaction joint filling by sand shall be spread over the pavement (Joint filling sand shall pass a 2.36 mm No. 8 Sieve) an complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every third and top-most layer with power roller of minimun 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, guide banks etc. lead upto 50 mtr. and lift upto 1.5 mtr. in all kinds of soil.

Dumping stones in horizontal level including cost of stones.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Stones for an average lead of 10 Kms

Earth for an avg. lead of 5 Kms.
