Sorting of tower-09 nos. and Gantry-02sets mark wise including stub & templates at 220kV substation Gajokhar. Shifting of the same from stacking place to loading point and loading on private vehicle. Transportation from Gajokhar to erection site and unloading at site.

Excavation of earth for 220 kV towers-09Nos and Gantry-02Nos as per profile and specification for each tower including all earth work, back filling and levelling etc.

Stub setting for tower as per profile.

Concreting with cement, sand and ballast in the ratio 1:2:4 for towers-09Nos and Gantry-02Nos as per profile.

Reinforcement of steel bar as per specification for 220KV DC towers-09Nos and Gantry-02Nos as per profile including cost of material.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of ACSR Zebra conductor 3X3 KM.

Erection of 220 KV DC towers-09Nos and Gantry-02Nos as per profile.

Tack welding of all the nuts to the height of one section of the towers or 5 mtr from ground level whichever is higher with 3 tacks at 120° separation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10/12 mm electrode and application of zinc rich aluminium paints on the affected surface including cost of all materials.

Dismantling of 01 No. (DA+0) & 1 No (DB+5) type tower at loc. No. 4 & 5 respectively of 220KV Sarnath Azamgarh line by way of breaking tack welding and safely removing one by one lattices structure and carrying the dismantled tower part from site to UPPTCL store including scrap nut and bolt & stacking properly.

De-stringing of 220 kV Sarnath Azamgarh line from loc no-08 of 220 kV Sarnath Gajokhar line to loc No-6 of 220 kV Sarnath Azamgarh Line.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of earth wire OPGW including associated hardware and fitting for proper functioning.

Grounding work including earth work etc. for pipe earthing/grounding including all cost of choke and salt.
