Charges for fabrication M.S welding supply distribution box of size 750 x 1200 x 350 mm by 2 mm M.S sheet by using cutting, welding, Grinding, bending and drilling, making and fixing of supporting 3 mm M.S. Flat inside the M.S. Box, Fixing of 3 Nos. 300 Amps Porcelain fuse units, 24 Nos. 63 Amps Porcelain fuse units, 8 Nos. Porcelain Insulators and 4 Nos copper bus bars (size: 500 x 25 x 6 mm) with heat shrinkable insulating materials on the M.S.Flat with internal wiring work and Painting with two coats of smoke gray enamel paint and erection of the new M.S box (Including cost of 2 mm M.S Sheet, 3 mm M.S. Flats, copper busbars, 200 Amps Porcelain fuse units, Insulators, paint, consumables such as cutting gas, welding rods and Hire charges for T&P).

Charges for fabrication of M.S welding supply distribution box of size 500 x 750 x 320 mm, by 2 mm M.S sheet by cutting, welding, Grinding, bending and drilling, making and fixing of supporting 3 mm M.S. Flat inside the M.S. Box, Fixing of 3 Nos. 200 Amps Porcelain fuse units, 8 Nos. Porcelain Insulators and 4 Nos copper busbars (size: 350 x 25 x 6 mm) on the M.S. Flat with internal wiring work and Painting with two coats of smoke gray enamel paint and erection of the new M.S box(Including cost of 2 mm M.S Sheet, 3 mm M.S. Flats, copper busbars, 200 Amps Porcelain fuse units, Insulators, paint, consumables such as cutting gas, welding rods and Hire charges for T&P).

Charges for replacing the damaged base structure by new structure in "A" type box (size: 740 x 1100 x 550 mm)

Charges for releasing the existing wornout M.S.Pillar box of size 1650 x 1020 x 490 mm mm by using cutting and welding process after releasing all the power cables from the pillar box.

Charges for releasing the existing damaged 18 Nos. 500 Amps porcelain fuse units, 8 Nos. Insulators and 4 Nos. busbars, cleaning the busbars in the existing damaged pillar box(Including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P).

Charges for refixing the 18 Nos. 500 Amps Porcelain fuse units, 8 Nos Insulators and 4 Nos Busbars in the pillar box (Including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P).

Charges for repairing work such as patch up & tinkering work and replacing of bottom plate in the piller box (size:1650 x 1020 x490 mm) (Including cost of consumables such as cutting gas, welding rods and hire charges for T&P).

Rectification of existing Pillar box by replacing the door locks, kinches, rectifying the door bends and made the box to good condition(Including cost of Door locks, Door kinches, consumables such as cutting gas, welding rods, etc., and hire charges for T&P).

Laying of LTUG. Aluminium armoured cable for 3½ x 70 sq.mm from existing M.S welding supply distribution box to newly erected at Bottom Ash hopper area in Unit-IV area.

Labour Data for Glanding & Termination charges for 3½ X 70 sq.mm LTUG. Aluminium armoured cable(Gland and Lugs will be supplied by board).

Charges for excavation of earth up to 1 Mtr depth and refilling the same excavated earth to make good.

Charges for releasing the existing "B" type box (size: 500 x 750 x 320 mm) with "L" angle frame by excavation of earth and remove the box separated from "L" angle frame .

Charges for fabrication and erection of structurals supports. (Including cost of Consumables like gases, insulation screw, welding electrodes and hire charges for welding machine and T&P etc.,)

Charges for providing PCC 1:2:4 using OP / PP cement with 20 mm size machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.
