Supply and fixing of high intensity reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 2mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel (SS-304) rectangular pipe of size 50X50 mm, frame of size 900X1200mm. Frame supported with bolt over 60mm round 3mtr long stainless steel pipe of 16 gauge with stainlesss steel bounded clamps. All stainless steel sheet parts should be polished. Sign board should be reflective on both side with wide HIP sheet and overlay film of blue colour with computer letters, sign and border all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrarge. Two boards on single frame are fixed back to back to look same from both side complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Safeco, Sinor, WTH(Note- Sign board shall be fixed in ground using PCC 1:2:4(Type B-1) of size 30cm X 30cm X 60cm )

Supply and fixing of sign board made up of 4mm thick hardened ACP sheet (Skyblue colour) , superior qualitity, fixed with PoP rivets over frame of mild steel rectunglar pipe medium grade. The ACP sheet shall be fixed on two frames welded back to back (25 to 30 cm apart) to make as one board. The gap (25 to 30cm) shall be covered with 2mm thick stainless stell sheet (Gde SS -304). Note : (i) Outer frame shall be of MS pipe 75x30mm . Internal members 40x25mm fixed@ 60 cm C/C both ways. (ii) Existing board shall be taken down and deposited with department . (iii) Existing lights shall be taken down carefully & refixed including necessary welding , wiring etc. (iv) Existing letters, logo fixed shall be taken down carefully & refixed on the board as directed on both sides. (v) MS pipe frame shall be treated with two coats of anti rust paint over a coat of primer. (vi) Board shall be fixed at any hight and in any position.

S & F 100cm dia Convas Mirror high reflective, unbreakable, polycarbonate, strong impact resistant and shatterproof with ABS metal backing complete with adjustable bolts and brackets fixed on 60mm dia MS pipe medium grade powder coated. Pipe shall be grouted in in ground using PCC :2:4 (type B-1) 30x30x60cm size complete all as directed. Make : Safeco, Sinor, WTH

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc including getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Hard core of gauge nexc 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in floors, plinth protection 50mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete1:4:8, Type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, best quality (locally known as Ist Class, awawal)) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, coping , plinth courses, bands etc incl form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design Mix as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffit of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, shelves, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick flat horizontal or sloping for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS deformed bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed 20mm 1:4 screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7-8mm thick on vertical surface as in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
