Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations involving operation, repair, maintenance attending to complaints/faults /breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems installed at T-1 and Cargo i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays.

Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations involving operation, repair, maintenance attending to complaints/faults /breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems installed at Perimeter Security Lighting, ASMGCS, DVOR, Localizer, FFM and ILS i/c, preventive maintenance, maintenance of panels, Earthings and its records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shifts including Sundays and holidays.

Operation of DG set at DVOR involving operation, maintenance, attending to minor complaints/faults /breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the DG Set at DVOR i/c preventive maintenance,and its records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays

Rewinding of the following with copper wire of required size including less for dismentled copper wire etc., as reqd. Exhaust fan of sizes 450 mm/ desert cooler fan motor.

Rewinding of the following with copper wire of required size including less for dismentled copper wire etc., as reqd. Celling Fans/wall mounted fan/ pedstal fan/ Ex fan of sizes 300 mm

Servicing & overhauling of various sweep fan, desert coolers motors,pump including oiling , greasing and painting with single coat synthetic enamel paint ,replacement of wood wool and internal wiring (if required) etc complete as required.

Repairing of automatic handdryer including replacement of defective thermostat, heater element, sensor and fan motor etc. complete as required.

Repairing of aircurtain including replacement of defective sensor and fan motor etc. complete as required.

Provision of Fault Finding with help of Fault Locator as when required by Engg- incharge

Lifting and lowering of underground submersible pump motor set of capaicity 5HP to 15 HP.

Rewinding of 12 HP submersible pump motor set with original no of turns and wire gauge i/c repairing of bush, termination of connecting lead, connection, testing & commissoing complete as required.( Dismantled copper wire need not to return.)

Percentage above or below on the rates of CPWD DSR-2016 for E&M items worth totaling to Rs.3,50,000.00 as per requirement. [Note: The firm has to quote / upload the percentage above / below (+/- )% on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate column as clarified below. i.e if firm desires to quote 5% above on CPWD DSR-2016 (E&M) rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05 AND If firm desires to quote 3% below on CPWD DSR-2016 (E&M) rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97].
