Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for framed work such as Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails andfastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channelor flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B

Supply & Fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete etc. FE 410 W (Gde E-250) quality - B as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel 1.60mm plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates, gutter for rain water and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

Supply & Fixing Pre - painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile stregth of 550 Mpa as in any type and any height roof covering including arch roofing /cladding fixed to roof with self tapping screws as specified all as directed

Supply & Fixing steel window 1.25mm thick box type ERW hollow P section of size 60mm x25mm single rebated comprise of gauged skelton shutter ERW size 50mmx20mm and 1.25 mm thick with two openable leaf consisting two Nos sash bars of T- section 20mmx3mm welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T- section of size 60mmx25mm and 1.25 mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (four Nos for each window) including following fittings welled to frame shutter:- (a) Hold fast 150mm long of 12mm x3mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. (b) Handle of z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long - 01 Nos per leaf. (c) MS Tower bolt 150mm long -02Nos per leaf. (d) Z-section 20mmx25mm 100mm long 01 Nos per leaf.(e) MS pintol hinges of size 75mmx12mm-02 Nos per leaf. Note :- (i) Fabrication & fixing shall be as per drg No CEJZ/TD-06/07 (ii) Wire mess and painting shall be measured and paid separatly under respective items.

S& F galvanised mild steel wire clothes 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture1.18 mm complete fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour RCC work nominal mix type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate ) as in slab supported on walls, beam, and column,in floor, roof landing balconies , canopies, deck slab, and shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 18.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Material & Labour Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, ressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring/skirtings 20-25mm thick over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base laid in cm 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps,skirting ,dada and pillar laid over 10 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in panels and concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and one coat of Birla white putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of walls including cornices, plasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently, without connecting plates, ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length ) etc confirming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde -E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed (for making sliding gate).

Supply & Fixing rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with J type hooks complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Material & Labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar exc half brick but not exc one brick wall for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required

Surface excavation in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out all as directed and specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in, watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete as in man holes septic tank soak well and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan complete with blade, down rod, electronic regulator and accessories, 230V, 1200mm sweep, min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete, incl making hole in threaded type existing down rod as required at site all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) fitting and fixtures such as switches, socket call bell lamp holder, regulator, sketch fittings etc and, making good disturbed surface of wall, ceiling floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 core 50 Sqmm on floor/wall including lugs & fitting

Taking out unserviceable main switch/DB's complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and size and making good of disturbed surface of walls/ceilings, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 650 /1100 volts grade drawn through & including PVC conduit ,medium grade with accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fix on wall or ceiling surfaces all as specified including 1.5 sqmm , FRLS type , copper multistranded cable as earth wire including pressed steel sunken boxes for mounting of MODULAR TYPE switch/sockets and regulator and including modular type cover plate white colour all as specified and directed for: (a) One light / fan / call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.
