Housekeeping Services for BSNL Corporate Offices at Janpath and other units of BSNL Corporate Office at Eastern Court and Kashmire Gate, New Delhi/Delhi for the period w.e.f. March2024 to August 2024.

Providing Housekeeping and Sanitation services in accordance with terms and conditions of tender document and as per the job specifications, direction of Engineer-in- Charge and scope of work defined in Annexure-1, and as per the terms contained in following - a) A minimum of 22 personnel (20 housekeeper (unskilled labour) + 2 supervisors (01 no male & 01 no female supervisor ) (Semi- Skilled labour) have to be deployed each day as given in Annexure-3 b) The office area to be maintained is as given at Annexure-2. c) The list of consumable items to be used in work per month is as given at Annexure- 4 d) The List of equipment and T&P to be maintained by the contractor is as given in Annexure-5 (Note: 1. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive of all costs which comprises wages of employees, statutory payments such as EPF, Bonus, ESI, all Taxes like GST etc., cost of T&P, contractors profit, overheads etc. all complete. 2. If any housekeeper/supervisor remain absent on any day,Rs.800/- and Rs.900/- per day per housekeeper/supervisor will be deducted respectively from the bill. 3. If any housekeeper does not work properly or not obey the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge shall be removed from the building) at the discretion of Engineer in Charge.

Note: The Contractor shall carefully go through the tender Document including all the Annexure mentioned above Before quoting the rates.
