Repairing of Kenapara Road section and the Road from GM office to solar plant under Bishrampur Amgaon Sub Area

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadway in soil with hydralic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines , grades and cross section, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters as per relevant clauses of section 300 of specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means

Tack Coat : Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clouse 503 of section 500. Normal bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm

Dense graded bituman macadam ( Providing and laying dense bituman macadam with minimum40 -60 TPH capicity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 % to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandum rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no.507 complete in all respect.for Grading II ( 19 mm nominal size bituman content 4.50 % )

Bituminous Concete ( Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix control to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compmaction as per clause 507of specification. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control. For Grading -1I (30 to 45 mm thickness) with 60/70 bitumen (VG- 30 )

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-a) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-b) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats all complete as per clause 511 of Case - II : Type B (Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping (aggregate shall pass 2.36mm seal and retained to 180 micron sieve) and penetration bitumen of suitable grade all complete as per clause 511 of specification.
