Dismantling/taking down old aluminium steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size any type from LT overhead line including all jumper, cross arms, clamps, bolts, nuts etc and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse in the work complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and stacking aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and setting aside complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of GI earth wire 4.0mm or any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer except the planting depth which shall be painted with black bituminous paint including writing pole number using suitable paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : excavation and earth work, PCC filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out/down old/unserviceable under ground LT cables of any size and connections including pipes etc from trenches/walls/poles of any cross sectional area and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse and unserviceable materials removing from site as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (2) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L in repair, dismantling the all cable from panel, poles, MCB Main DBs taking out the cable loop stretching out the cable, carrying out end termination with new lugs, proper thimbling, fixing the joint kits connecting back to the new/existing panel board by means of nuts, bolt & washers of any size any type complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The work includes necessary excavation to take out the loop and laying the cable, putting proper cable protection bricks using the old retrieved bricks and refill the area properly and spreading any surplus soil. (ii) The cost of AI lugs, joint kit shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply, jointing and testing XLPE cable straight through joints including jointing materials and accessories complete, heat shrinkable outdoor cable joint kit suitable for XLPE 1100 Volts (Earthed) cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, jointing and testing XLPE cable straight through joints including jointing materials and accessories complete, hot shrinkable outdoor cable joint kit suitable for XLPE 1100 Volts (Earthed) cable of size 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, jointing and testing XLPE cable straight through joints including jointing materials and accessories complete, hot shrinkable outdoor cable joint kit suitable for XLPE 1100 Volts (Earthed) cable of size 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.
